After a few horror stories with other companies, I was extremely skeptical and thoroughly vetted my options. Cleaning Exec, though not many reviews on Yelp, seemed to have consistently very happy customers. And now I am one of them! Iris was my cleaner - she arrived early/on time and was happy to stay to clean for the full 1.5 hours for my studio cleaning. Pricing is very competitive for the NYC area, and for the fabulous quality of Iris' work, it was worth every penny. Thank you Iris and Cleaning Exec! Highly recommend.

I appreciate that it is just one or 2 people in your apartment, not a whole crew. They are always on time and being able to schedule online and through text is super helpful. I do think the service is a little pricey, but other than that it is great!

This is my first negative review on yelp. I would not recommend Sea Green Cleaning for any…read moreservices. They are unprofessional, making numerous excuses. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

They call themselves a professional company but they have nothing professional! I wrote to the number with which I contacted and sent photos and they didn't even answer me. When the cleaner arrived, an hour after the service was confirmed for, I walked them through the apartment pointing out the areas I wanted them to focus on - inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, windows, bathroom including inside of the shower, etc. 3 hours later I returned to only clean floors. I had to clean everything myself. No one from the company followed up on the service. Not worth it, even considering the competitive pricing.

What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! Showed up late, left early, ended up having to vacuum and dust after they left, and they had to return after I told the owner that the baseboards in my bedroom were left filthy. My things were not returned to how they were found and my kitchen floor was barely mopped. I work two job and I NEVER have anyone clean my apartment, but I only have one day off a week and for once, I didn't want to spend it cleaning. I paid what was owed because I didn't want no static with these strangers in my home, but I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. They're gonna tell you they are going to clean this, that, and the third, and proceed to do a half ass job. Going to have to find another service because this was not worth the money or time. UPDATE: After the owner decided to not take accountability for a terrible job, I will expand. I did say that an hour later would be great, not realizing that they would rush the job and still leave at the original time (when Carlos arrived, he told me that they would do two hours instead of three I was paying for because they had another job scheduled after and needed their "rest"). None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down every surface and clean every baseboard in a deep clean.
