Wow, one of the best places I've been to in awhile. The food literally tasted like 5 stars. I had the fillet minion steak. Absolutely delicious. It was juicy and very well done. They have so many options for food. The steak honestly was amazing, tasted better than any high end restaurant you would find. This place is a dime and very much looking forward to getting all of my future eat outs at this location. The owner is super friendly and just has a very trustworthy appearance. I went last night to eat at this location with a friend. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the BBQ wings and I got the chicken over rice. My friend ordered the Juicy Lucy ... We both LOVED our food. I'm normally the one that picks at others food (because my order never come out as delicious as the other person dining with me). BUT this was a great experience. I didn't even ask to taste her food. I forced her to taste mine ... I can't wait to go back! This place is IT ! Came here with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Though great people, it doesn't excuse them for terrible service as well as subpar food. I ordered the Chicken Amarillo Burger, a mango shake, and a side of waffle fries, and I was pretty upset. For starters, not sure why, but the patty itself comes on a separate plate from the bun. Not sure if that's supposed to be some new concept in restaurants but it didn't make sense. In any case, the food was 2/5. My waffle fries didn't come till 20 minutes after my burger. My mango shake came even later ! So basically I finished my fries and burger before my shake came. Oh, and the waffle fries were definitely 1/5. They were drenched in oil and you can tell they overcooked them. We had a few order of fries at the table and they all tasted the same. Overall, not a great experience. My expectations were high especially hearing great things about their Teaneck branch. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I won't be coming back to find out. 2/5 stars overall. Where do I begin. I was always a fan of Addys BBQ ever since they were in Jersey and would rather drive their again than come back to this place that's 10 min away. I've been here about 4-5x since this location opened up and every time there has been a reason to not come back... yet I always have; until today. We took our out of town family visiting here for lunch around 2. I had called ahead and made reservations so they knew we were coming. We show up and to my surprise there were no beef dishes with exception to burgers and beef mishkaki. I brought everyone here specifically for the ribs so this was a HUGE disappointment. We order various burgers, fajitas, and beef and chicken mishkakis. All meals came out at different times meaning, half the group sat around waiting for their meals and the other half in slowly ate away. The burgers were massive and dry. The chicken burgers were too spicy to be consumed so they got wrapped up to go. The pina coladas ordered came out as strawberry drinks, without our approval. So many things went wrong that left such a bad taste in my mouth. I hate writing poor reviews and want Adnan to succeed. At this point I rather drive to jersey to the old location with great food than go back to this location. To top it off, we got charged for gratuity and drinks that we didn't even order. Let me start with their service. It was amazing . They brought food together. Waiter was super helpful and very nice. They kept coming and asking if we need anything and if our food was good. Food was great we order ribeye steak not fried And jucy Lucy burger. Meat was cooked perfectly it was juicy and seasoned well. I loved it. Price is reasonable not gonna complain . Quality and quantity was perfect..in the end we also order falooda it had weird taste and so much rose water that all I could smell and taste was rose water and sour milk. I didn't quite like falooda because it was missing many things like dry fruits , jello, ice cream not crushed ice. But I told the manager and he was nice enough to listen to me. We ordered the French fries, juicy Lucy beef burger and the chili chicken sandwich. My thoughts: Pros -big portions -hand cut zabihah, not easy to find this -great service, happy staff -nice spacious, clean interior of restaurant -burger nice and pink inside, not over cooked. Most desi/halal places struggle with getting this right. -the fries looked like they were prepared from scratch/homemade -it wasn't busy when we went on a weekday evening and food arrived quickly Cons -fries weren't crispy. More soggy and oily, frying technique needs work -chili chicken sandwich tasted too desi/masalafied. Maybe it could use a special sauce or something to give it a little variation. Otherwise it's just like eating bread with chili chicken. -burger lacked flavor, to put it simply. 4 cheeses were not distinguishable. Tasted like mozzarella. Probably a better idea to incorporate cheeses with distinct flavors or adjust quantities. The meat lacked adequate salt and pepper so it was hard to connect all the different flavors together. The whole thing mostly tasted like mozzarella. Overall this place has potential but definitely recommend tweaking recipes a bit more. There's no reason to deliver such a nice burger patty if it is being taken over by the bland taste of mozzarella. In a burger, the taste of the beef should shine above everything else. Yes this can be accomplished even if you stuff it with a combination of cheeses :) Wishing you guys the best, will be back to give it another shot a couple months down the line. read more

I would not recommend Addy's BBQ to even my worst enemy. Low quality steaks at premium prices. Powdered mash potatoes, frozen French fries, sides are all drowned in oil. The restaurant itself is unclean. Tables are sticky and covered with disposable paper. Waiters are overworked and apparently do not receive their tips. Better burger places in the area. read more

What a disappointment. I have been here numerous times and every time i ask myself why. Granted the staff is nice and accommodating but lets talk food and price. Food is definitely not worth the trip and price is not reflective of quality or location. Lets face it, the restaurant sits at a very ratchet part of Elmont and they charge $15 for a burger which DOESN'T even INCLUDE fries or drink. Unfortunately this newer location doesn't have halal bacon yet, but other than that, it seems that it's just as good as the one in Teaneck. However, you know how "halal burgers" kind of have this halal taste to them? These deff do. Idek how to explain it lmao but if you know what I'm talking about, you know. I feel like the burgers were okay but I'd deff get the mac and cheese again. And I'd 100% recommend the burger to those that eat only halal or for those that are craving a halal burger. Woww, I tried this place out for the first time yesterday and I loved everything we ordered! The wings were nice and crispy. Loved the flavor. They have a lot more options in flavor so will have to go back and try more. Their Chicken Mishkaki dish is awsome! It comes with rice on the side and "salad" but it is just pieces of lettuce. They serve it with white sauce and hot sauce. I would say it is a more elevated chicken and rice dish that one would normally get at the cart. Really, really enjoyed the dish. We waited another hour and 10 minutes before our food arrived at the table. No one came by to tell us that it was on its way or apologize, and we had to ask for water twice. The short ribs were so well cooked, the meat smoothly slided off the bone and it came with a side of corn bread. The short rib sauce is BBQ sauce which is more on the sweet side. There's parking in front of the establishment. All staff wear masks and they clean the tables and seats thoroughly before seating the next party. We ordered chili cheese fries and Cajun wings which were good. The mac and cheese was packed with cheese; it filled me up quick. Bacon cheeseburgers were huge. Filet Mignon was okay for the price but I would not get it again. Overall, the food was good and extremely filling. We couldn't finish it all and had to take it to go. Service was good. read more

We are so happy that this restaurant opened a location in Long Island because it was grueling always going to Teaneck New Jersey to have Addy's. The portions are huge, great for family style meals and sharing. The meat is always cooked perfectly, burgers are juicy and freshly made-never frozen, the wings meaty and flavorful, the short ribs are extremely tender, sauced well and fall off the bone deliciousness. Weekends are usually packed here, and the food is well worth the wait. The fries are hand cut and compliment the burgers well. The falooda and the mango milkshakes were a pleasant surprise.
