In December 2016, I'd condensed three spaces down to one space costing $216 each month which then I had set up recurring monthly payment from my bank account. It just occurred to me I haven't seen a recent charge on my bank statement, since April 2019. Sharon at the Patterson Ave office looked into my account saying James had tried to contact me, and had mailed letters ... I have never received any contacts or messages from Extra Attic. James lied or looked at the wrong contact info!! The company took it upon themselves to auction off the contents of my unit just a mere few days ago. My information on my account in their computer system was totally wrong. Everything is gone. Forever. After nine years. All of my family's heirlooms, furniture, jewelry, pictures. Gone. I'm so devastated. This MAJOR COMPANY SCREW UP would never have happened if Christine had still been employed at Extra Attic on Patterson Ave. Unbelievable.

We figured out that our county's website has a record of all of the permitted work done in the county in the last 3.5 months, and you can sort by project. It also lists the sq footage of the project and the cost. We could see that Kefficient had done the most permitted projects in our county and they had a fair and competitive price compared to other companies who got their work permitted. We ended up deciding to work with Kefficient. What a world of difference! They quickly got a permit and did the work and had it inspected and it looks great. What a relief after such a poor experience with a different company!

The light near the dehumidifier is game-changing and they even gave me a moisture monitoring device. When I learned how cool it was, I asked if I can have one for my 1st house, and they offered it to come brin git by(free). Bonus when the technician came to install, he noticed some dropping insulation and just fixed it. This is why I love this company and will always call them for my needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

Zion Insulators was the most thorough in their estimate, as well as most competitively priced. I wish all our estimates for home improvements had this same combination of quality and affordability. Felix and Jose replaced the fallen baffles, air sealed everything, created a dam for the attic hatch to maximize the insulation around the hatch, brought our blow-in insulation up to R-49, and took pictures of their finished work. The degree difference is now just 3 degrees, and much more comfortable. To top it off, Felix gave me a ring about a month later to see how the insulation was performing, and will stop by to make some very minor improvements around the attic hatch that I would not have demanded or expected. So I give them all the credit for being amazing professionals who go above and beyond. I'd say I did plenty of research, and can recommend Zion Insulators without hesitation. Thanks again!

They started off great with the once a month treatments to my yard. Then they started coming sooner…read morethan the 30 day window. They started coming (for example) June 26th then again on July 6th. They would not come twice in a month but every 12-15 days. I called in June to request my date of service be only during the last week of the month. They said ok and kept coming every 14 days. I called in July to cancel the service and end the contract. The phone agent said she would have the supervisor contact me. I asked if I needed to cancel in writing and was told it was not necessary. Of course I never got a call and a text was sent while I was at work saying my technician was close by. I tried to call but I was on hold for 20 minutes. My card was charged for another month. I called again and got the same spill about a supervisor calling me back that never happened. Fast forward to today and I get a text saying my technician is in the way. I was beyond annoyed. I was serviced on Aug. 22 and again on Sept.11. Today is Oct 2! Once every 30 days was the agreement. Luckily, I was home and able to wait for the tech. I called while the company to let them know I had canceled their service and that I had contacted my card company and blocked them from making any more charges as well as locked my card. Again I was put on hold and then told a supervisor would call me. Once the tech arrived, he had been to my home before and he was very kind. I told him what was going on and told him he could collect the boxes. He said he understood and would cancel my service from his end. Much to my surprise (not!) I get a call about 20 minutes later for someone from the company. She apologized and said she can see the notes that I canceled in JULY ( it is now October) but she doesn't know what happened. I don't believe her. Nonetheless, skip this company if you need expected honest from them. The techs are friendly and kind. The "supervisors" are scammers! $85 every 14 days verses once every 30 days gets costly.

Took 3 calls to get someone to call me back and repair the poor work and no one ever apologized or offered a discount. Communication is also awful. Never gave advanced notice of when the tech would show up and she then came on a different day than what she had previously said and acted annoyed that I wasn't at home. To make it all worse there were never any mice even caught and I suspect I was scammed and told that droppings from prior work last year were fresh. The company didn't honor their warranty from work done last year because it was a different franchise owner. Now I'm having difficulty getting through to cancel the monthly service I don't need because I don't even have mice. Never use them.
