In this digital pandemic age, sometimes it can be hard to actually answer the phone, so that was great for me. The best part of all, out of every quote I received, his was the best price! We decided to get the dimensional tab, and another business quoted us 5 thousand dollars more than Master Pro Services (no exaggeration!). The only thing you will receive is a lower cost for his services, without any accountability of their services. You will need to have someone at your residence to in sure the work is being performed. If you don't have eyes on the work you will probably regret it. The service that was performed was a gutter cleaning. I had to instruct the workers on how to place their ladders on the roof, to keep them from damaging the structure. I Didn't receive a work order or receipt for completion of the work , after requesting one. And once the work appears to be completed, the owner fails to respond to any issues going forward.

Bon Air Exteriors, who originally installed all the siding in the neighborhood, inspected it and insisted, despite all my questions, that the damage was caused by the sun even though there were no windows to reflect the heat on part of the siding. Since the siding had been discontinued, their only solution was to replace the entire end of the house with a slightly different color siding. I declined. I just had the siding replaced by someone who found matching siding. I told him the damage was from the sun, but once he removed the old boards he said the real problem was improper installation--the siding had been installed far too tightly. Grrr. Will never use this company again! Bon Air Exteriors replaced the siding on numerous homes in the neighborhood at no charge because they obviously accepted responsibility. I had to foot the bill for my repair since taking responsibility was obviously costing them too much so they chose to blame the sun!!
