Misleading estimate. Heading of estimate said Repair and Paint, but body said Prime. They wanted an extra 15k for painting. Read your estimate very carefully and make sure you understand the scope of the work they'll perform. read more

Bobby and his crew did an amazing job. They arrived on time every day, were very polite, they kept us up to date on everything that was going on, and their rates were fantastic. We had a massive paint project, and I cannot stress enough how careful and clean they were the entire time. Bobby gets extra points for making sure our paint colors were matched exactly how we wanted them and for coming back to our house to do one minor touch up we noticed after the fact. This team is phenomenal! I used them a couple of time on different parts of my house to repair the wood siding. The work was so efficient it made me feel like I could do it myself...but of course, I can't! But that's how quick they were and it was an impeccable job. I had a lot of questions and Val was prompt in answering them. The 2nd time I used them, Val came to inspect the work his guys did and felt it could have been slightly better so his guys came back a few days later to improve the job. They called to reschedule the first appointment for an estimate due to an emergency. The second appointment for a estimate they cancelled the day it was scheduled saying they just realized they couldn't do the work. So I took vacation TWICE and still don't have an estimate. Be careful dealing with these people. read more

It's simple...............DO NOT HIRE THEM. A very nice person came out and took the information as to what I wanted to have done. He left, I did get a mailer from them letting me know how GOOD they are. I haven't heard back since and even tried calling but either the voice mail box is full or it "hasn't been set up." I love this company and its talented, serious, hardworking people. They saved our back deck last year; there had been no flashing installed at the joint between the deck surface and the house siding, resulting in water intrusion, carpenter ant activity, and a destroyed sill plate and siding. We spoke to many many contractors about this problem and received vastly differing ideas for solutions. First attempt at fix was a disaster--handyman did what he thought was correct, but was clearly in over his head. The Team from C&PE came out, estimated, and calmly and efficiently rectified the situation--they followed correct steps leading to a perfect technical solution and finish! They also repaired our lattice screen around our heat pumps.This year they have painted our shutters and railings, and will come back out to do more exterior and interior painting and drywall repair. I had a very good experience with these guys. Tim was prompt when he showed up for the consultation. He followed up with me weeks before they were due to start the job to get the colors and finishes. When the guys showed up, they were on time. I own an older home and it was in badly need of a face lift. I had a wall that had a lot of damage to the wall from the previous owner's attempt at adding some kind of texture, as well as some peeling paint at the top of the stairwell. They had the well completely smooth when I returned home. It almost looked brand new. There were no runs to be found and they did not have paint run over onto the trim. I have to say I was extremely pleased. read more

I don't know if this organization incompetent or doesn't value customer service, but they kept me waiting for 30 mins and then didn't even bother to show up. Especially annoying since I had called to confirm 30 mins before meeting and was told everything was on schedule. If I hadn't have gotten frustrated and gone home, I doubt they would have contacted me and I could have been waiting there even longer. Just left me wondering, if they are this careless with the estimate, what will the actual work look like? Definitely would not recommend for any work or even consulting, as they obviously have some trouble just showing up. read more
