We found the them the be extremely knowledgeable and even found a miscalculation on cabinet placement for a dishwasher alcove. (which was quickly fixed prior to installation of countertops and would have been a nightmare had it not been caught beforehand) Countertops were installed in record time and look amazing. From countertop measurements to installation took less then 2 weeks and only 4 hours for the day to install. We chose classical white quarts with the large single bowl sink with zero radius edge corners. We love the gray veins throughout the slab and how true to white the white really is. In photos you'll also see the matte black, Moen faucet with soap dispenser and gray shaker style cabinets. Completely satisfied with our purchase and could definitely recommend to family and friends. P.s. will be tilling wall and add floating shelves along with new appliances to complete Reno. (Work in progress)

He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it. He's a stand-up guy and he does a great job.

Had the manafacturers rep come out five days later and was told they would be replaced within a week...three weeks later they arrived and had Reico install same. upon there completion trim was also installed off center and didn't extend into the wall. defective cabinets were again installed in which caulk was used to apparently address the issue. Two months later I am still trying to have my issues addressed by Reico. Run and run as fast as you can...I have never seen such poor service or quality in my thirty plus years as a builder.....

Ordered my cabinets on 9/6/21. Upon arrival 12/7/21, 6 items were missing and 2 cabinet doors were…read morethe wrong size. The 6 missing items were delivered and I discovered that 4 of the items from the order were a different color (this was not due to the natural variation in wood, they were a completely different shade). Late December Reico delivered 2 cabinet doors to replace the wrong size that was delivered earlier and they were a COMPLETELY different design. For the third time, the replacement doors were delivered in late February. After repeatedly requesting the replacement of the 4 items that were a different color, Reico reps visited my home and I was told they would not keep remaking my cabinets and agreed to replace 1 of the 4 items. Reico delivered the one door on March 7 and I now have cabinetry in 2 different colors. They were agreeable to remake 2 doors three times due to their incompetence in placing the correct order with the manufacturer but would not remake the items that were made the wrong color. When requested, Kesley could not explain Quality Assurance Standards or Tolerance/Limits for color variation. These 4 items should have never passed quality inspection. I am completely dissatisfied with the Customer Service and Quality standards of this company.

Cabinets to go got me slightly larger cabinets for about 30 percent less money, and more importantly I received them in about a week as opposed to 4 weeks from lowe's. I worked on a design with Brad, the store manager and found him to be very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. There was one cabinet and a couple of trim pieces on backorder and expected soon. I don't expect any problems, given that my purchase and pickup went seamlessly but I will update if anything goes wrong with that. Overall I definitely recommend this place if you're doing a remodel. I didn't use their installation services so I can't comment on that aspect.

Just rude defensive we don't know what you did with them. I asked for a manager but got no reply. Well I didn't spend two grand to treat them like crap. We amended the soil and watered them in. Just this week I bout a red maple at Home Depot. She said don't forget you have a full year warranty. Please learn by my mistake. Go elsewhere that cares
