I am a customer and did not receive any consideration for this honest review…read more Leo's Plumbing and Repair came to our house and repaired a serious plumbing snafu that the flippers we bought our house from had saddled us with. Stuck toilets, no kitchen sink, no laundry...you get the picture. They worked diligently, their bid was great and they charged us what they bid. They left our house immaculate and all we need to do to put our yard to rights is spread some grass seed. They even repaired our front cement walkway before they left. They stayed until 11:30 to make sure we had a kitchen sink tomorrow morning. I strongly recommend that you give them a call. They work diligently, and honestly, they go above and beyond to make sure the work is good. They are also very nice guys. I am not a fan of having strangers in my house but I was very comfortable with the team.

I needed a plumbing company for a plumbing related repair. I searched high and low with online…read morereviews. This also included asking for recommendations on social media. After going through an extensive total home renovation project lasting a solid year and many upgrades over the years, my wife and I have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have trusted sources but lacked a reputable/good standing plumbing company. I had never heard of Leo's Plumbing and Repair LLC. However, they stuck out in their reviews. I state this in terms of consistency with professionalism, quality of work, communication, and truly valuing their clientele - testimony from several past reviews. My initial call and further exchanges in conversation involved Wes. He was always accessible, extremely polite, professional, understanding, accommodating, consistent. Great guy! Further, my situation wasn't an emergency but required a technician within a few days. He explained that their crews were tied up on large projects but managed to make an exception and tend to my requirement within a two day time frame. This was for my convenience, not their's. Nadi was the tech who arrived. He was polite, professional, and did high quality work. The charge for the work was both transparent and extremely fair. I don't know the owner but it's apparent to me that he has created a longstanding and positive culture of quality, trust, and value.

Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness during and even after his job; answering post-repair questions I had and providing me with information I needed to give the city. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. Overall, I am pleased with the interactions I had with Tyler and the work he completed!

Had C&W Hanover Septic come out to pump the tank. Here are my thoughts that resulted in a 3-star…read morerating. 1) Had two guys for two separate activities. Both of the guys represented the company well. 2) When the guy opened the tank, he discovered an issue, as he thought the pump was not functioning. He proceeded to pump the tank. The cost was $575, which was a reasonable cost based on research. 3) The other guy replaced the pump, which cost $1,600. Based on research, this was an exorbitant price based on the retail cost of the pump. Based on all of the factors, would consider them again for pumping the tank, but absolutely not for other work.

If you want the short version: Flinn's Rooter Service is one of the best customer experiences I've…read moreever had with a service company and I don't hesitate in recommending them. If you want the long version keep reading... We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for. Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed. The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. He followed up several times after that to make sure everything was okay and even answered a couple questions that I had. You just don't get that kind of customer service at most businesses anymore. We have full faith in Flinn's and will certainly use their services in the future if needed. Thank you Jay, Noah, and team!
