Poke bowl

Adélaïde was an excellent restaurant after a long day of walking in the city. Service was decent with friendly waiters. For food, I ordered the pokè bowl which was refreshing. The mango added a nice touch making it feel more tropical. Pomegranate seeds added a little tang. Complementary bread was nice. The restaurant had a nice view of the street with open space.

Croque Monsieur!

**BEAUTIFUL BREAKFASTS AND PASTRIES** Came here every morning for their croissants and other pastries. Decided to have breakfast here as well. AMBIANCE ========= Staff can be snooty if you don't know a lick of French. Otherwise, friendly and easy-going. Nice bakery with small terrace and indoor dining. Cozy. FOOD ===== SAINT CHRISTIN (1,40 Euro) This is the best morning pastry I've had in Paris. RATING: 5/5 CROQUE MONSIEUR (5 Euro) My mother and I loved the texture, the quality of ingredients, and the flavor. Probably the best croque-monsieur that I will ever have. RATING: 5/5 PRO TIPS ======== Get there early for a terrace table. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for pastries and brunch.

Excellent breakfast!! My wife and I super enjoy the place very simple to order and close to our hotel

Lovely restaurant near the Mortmarte train station. We stopped by here for breakfast on the way to town. I literally had a bowl of coffee. Not a cup, a bowl. I think I need to have this every day. I also had a few breads and pastries which were also delicious. You can take items to-go or you can get waitress service upstairs.

they call this the Vitality Breakfast. Bowl of cafe, slice of brioche and jams.

When you're jetlagged and looking for a pick-me-up, a BOWL of coffee will help with that! Not a cup, a bowl... and it's glorious. This place happened to be at the top of a steep staircase near our vacation rental. We chose this place for a hearty breakfast before we tackled the Louvre. We sat near the register and got to see the barista in action. She was quick and swift and handled the jars of jams with ease! I got the simple breakfast: thick slice of brioche, jams and jumbo cafe. My boyf got the scrambled eggs with salad and my sister got a croissant w/ coffee. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Easy but delicious!

Those are not baguettes. They're sacristain. Almond pastries.

I had the tartine (which is basically a bread topped with stuff like melted cheese, sliced apples etc), omelette and quiches. All were good except whatever has camembert. Emmentel smells and doesnt taste great. The quiche was so fluffy. Although these quiches and pizzas are often premade and heated up in an oven, they taste fresh and flavourful. My favourite here is the Sacristain pastry. It looks like a baguette but it isn't. I buy two...one for breakfast and one for later back at the hotel! P.s. the mini chocolate tart is also nice!! They take credit card. I recommend this place.

I was in the area in the morning and stopped by to get a croissant as I wanted to try breads while I was in Paris. There was a short line, and everything looked so good and it made me want to buy every single item. I bought a croissant and left. My croissant was very flaky and soft. The staff was nice and the prices are reasonable. I will be coming back here when I crave tasty breads. I want to try other items.

P'tit dej' du Voyageur

We were disappointed with our experience here. The service was less than stellar, even though we spoke French. Also, we were seated on the second level and it was super stuffy and hot, even though the room was more than half empty. We ordered the voyager's breakfast, which came with eggs, 1 slice of "bacon" (more like canadian bacon/ham), 1 small piece of sausage, sauteed mushrooms, salad, and toast, and a cup of coffee and freshly squeezed (lukewarm) OJ. It was nothing special, like something I could have made it at home. They also give you a basket of sliced baguette. We asked for butter and we were told it was extra. We then tried to order an almond pistachio croissant because we had read raves about them on Yelp, and the server told us that those "do not exist". Maybe something was lost in translation, but when we went down to the bakery portion after our meal, we saw a almond pistachio pain au chocolat in the case, which I suppose does not have the word croissant in the name, but isn't it closely related since pain au chocolat is a chocolate croissant that's not crescent shaped? By that point, we were too full to try the pain au chocolat, having ordered an almond croissant in its stead (which they forgot to bring out until we reminded them about it), so we just picked up a couple of madeleines to take with us, and they turned out to be dry and unappealing. Overall, not recommended.

Eggs, toast, and bacon.

Even though this restaurant has its faults, it still hits the spot when you're craving good ol' eggs and bacon for breakfast. The service is incredibly slow, my eggs were not hot, but I would still go back. Many other Yelpers have brought up the bowls of hot chocolate but you also have the option to get a regular cup, which is what I ordered. A whole bowl is too much sweetness for breakfast for me! I really like the menu here. I ordered the simple eggs, toast and bacon for only 5 euros but they also offer big variety breakfast trays, with yogurt, fruit cup, toast, potatoes, smoked salmon, soft boiled egg, etc. which looked amazing! If I was more hungry, I would've definitely ordered that! The restaurant is also part bakery and the pastries/breads downstairs are great. Paris doesn't have many breakfast spots, and I would give this restaurant 3 stars back home, but compared to what the rest of Paris has to offer, Coquelicot deserves 4 stars for breakfast for sure :)

Croque madame the size of your thigh

Service was so-so as a sit down restaurant. Taking it for take away was best. I had croque Madame and it was good. I wish it had been more warm :( but maybe that's not the custom? I love love love the GIANT cup of coffee. Husband adored the fresh squeeze organs juice with his voyager breakfast!

Everything was beautiful, the atmosphere, the food, the prices, the staff The omelette was huge and tasty and only 7€

This is a really good little boulangerie in a quiet neighborhood in Montmartre. Their croissants, pastries, and breads are all really good. They also have a restaurant, but I did not eat in it. Give it a try!

Not nice. And I couldn't understand why there's no coffee in the morning and she refused to talk to me.

Just okay. I was expecting more from their croissants. It was too soggy for my taste. Coffee was weak. Very disappointed.

Best quiche Loraine I have had! All outdoor seatings were taken and so we sat upstairs by the window. Food was delicious.

What a great find!…read more This bar doesn't look like much from the outisde but once you walk in, its super cool and full of character. The bar staff was extremely friendly and educated us on the history of the bar. Both bartenders spoke english and were from United States. It was explained to us that Lulu White was a brothel madam, that was concidered to have more power than the mayor of New Orleans during the late 1800s. Her brothel contained a "Blue Book" that allowed patrons to chose their companion via photos. The Lulu White bar, took this concept and allows you to chose your drink according to the individuals photographed in the "Blue book". We were told the individuals listed in the book change about every 6 months but the Lulu White drinks remains constant. I tried the Lulu White: Altos Anejo Tequila, Plymouth Gin, Genepi, Absentroux, and Cardamon noir. It came in a elegant beautiful glass and It tasted like a dry martini with a licorice flavor from the absinthe. This was definitley a drink you sip on to enjoy. The décor of the bar, resembled historical New Orleans with its dim lighting and elegant décor and half moon booth seating. This was a great surprise, and I recomment anyone to stop by and check it out!

Quaint bar with live jazz and nice bartenders. Stumbled in here on a Sunday night trying to get…read moreaway from the mostly English speaking clientele in the surrounding bars. Still a strong mix of anglophones but locals seem to balance out the crowd. Fairly priced cocktails. I had the Beatrix which was a little too bitter for my taste, so switched out to the Pale Ale which was tasty. The live music was fantastic! Not sure if the ensemble is there every weekend, but they made a great trio. I'd visit when/if in Pigalle again.
