Advised agency of these issues and attempted to email the owner, no follow up. The care manager seemed inexperienced and not interested in trying to improve our experience or keep our business. He convinced her to remove me as POA and he took over her bank accounts by lying to her. When he was finally fired, he moved in with her. This all happened in less than three months. He seemed as though he was a seasoned scam artist. He took off with her when the police arrived to serve the Order of Protection. Multiple welfare checks by police, multiple reports to adult protective services and finally court dates convinced my sister he was not going to marry her and she began to realize the truth. It was an absolute nightmare. I don't know what kind of background check they did on this Lowlife, if any.
