Right on target. What I really love is that Louise is not a single-source practitioner. I am greatly appreciative of her work and highly recommend her.

I travel frequently for work and she's able to be flexible with my schedule as well as adapt workouts that are feasible in a hotel room. Meryl was also able to adapt my workouts throughout my pregnancy, from incorporating more yoga /stretching to modifying exercises. I really appreciate that she could change up an entire workout on the fly depending on how I was feeling that day. It made it much easier for me to stay active during my pregnancy, even until late in the third trimester. If you're looking for someone who will be flexible with YOUR fitness goals (in my case, consistency and strength), Meryl is a great choice.

I joined Meryl's Zoom group workout class and it made me remember how WONDERFUL it feels to push my body and build strength. Meryl is an excellent coach; even in a group setting of varying levels Meryl knows exactly how to modify every move so that everyone is pushed appropriately. A few months ago my husband and I started personal training together as well with Meryl and it's really taken our training to the next level. Not only has it boosted our physical fitness but I can tell a difference into our confidence in and out of the gym as well. And my clothes are fitting better, which I am extremely happy about. I'm also a big fan of the types of workouts we do with Meryl in general. Each routine is intentional and focused. She's always happy to modify if something doesn't feel right, answer questions, and correct form. We look forward to our workouts every week!

For example, she recommended supplements, dietary alterations, testing, and lifestyle changes specifically tailored to my health challenges. As a naturopath, Dr. Koch is committed to and passionate about approaches that work with the body's natural healing capacities. Her commitment to this belief was very inspirational and had a positive impact on my well-being. I left each session knowing I was valued and understood. I also respected Dr. Koch's willingness to tailor her treatment plan to my budget. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she adapted her recommendations to my situation, which is unusual among health practitioners. I was also impressed by Dr. Koch's willingness to consider more conventional treatments when this was warranted. This openness to an integrative approach is rare. Finally, Dr. Koch emanates a warm and positive energy that is in itself healing. I consistently felt appreciated and cared about, and that alone went a long way toward improving my health and mindset. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Koch to anyone wishing to work with a skilled practitioner committed to taking a whole-person approach to healing.

I was seeing a different chiropractor (which was decent), but it was getting expensive because they didn't take my medical insurance. I was very curious to compare and contrast the two offices. I was much more impressed with New Mexico Chiropractic Center! Dr. Marcus is HIGHLY knowledgeable. He asked me several questions to get the full perspective of what my body had been through and what we needed to work on. He informed me of his background and expertise. He explained every little thing to me scientifically which was amazing. He adjusted me and each time, he charted specifically what manipulation he had performed. Then he would walk me through what else my neck, back, hip, and shoulder needed and then perform the next manipulation and chart again. He also sent me home with exercises, and recommended I continue with physical therapy at the same time as seeing him. I would definitely recommend New Mexico Chiropractic Center! Hands down!
