First time here with kids. Bouncy area is pretty big, Kids have more space to jump around and it even has a separate basketball/volley ball area along with slides in the bouncy house area. Also on the other side has a huge maze which is awesome. Also has ninja kids/rock climbing (extra $$). Kids definitely had fun. Downside to this place is .. they charge adults for entering with kids $7/person.. which I think it's silly (trying to squeeze every $ out of you).

Drove 30 minutes to take my kids here for some serious fun on a Thursday. We got there at noon right when they opened and we're the only ones there. I wasn't aware that on the weekdays, their attractions are limited, which was quite disappointing. There were only 3 out of 8 attractions available, which was the adventure maze, ninja obstacle course and rock climbing. The cannonball blast, aeroball, lazer frenzy, inflatable fun zone and laser tag are available on the weekends only. My son was disappointed that he couldn't do the laser tag. He was only interested in the adventure maze and ninja obstacle course, and my daughter can only go on the adventure maze. Prices are a bit high but as long as they have fun, that's all that matters, right? The adventure maze is $13 per person, the ninja obstacle course is $10 and you get to do it 3 times and I also purchased a $10 game card for the bowling and arcade games. Besides having only 3 attractions on the weekdays, what was more disappointing was their virtual game galaxy, which my son was excited about, is under construction, the bowling game was not working properly so they have to call the manager to come in to fix it, few of the arcade games were broken and the air hockey table game was also not working! Seriously?! The ninja obstacle course took less than 10 minutes to complete. The kids went on the adventure maze twice plus played each arcade game twice (there were about 8 ticket games that worked). I actually had called the day before asking if this place was fun for a 3 year old and she said yes, absolutely; the adventure maze and arcade games. I think not. The adventure maze was pretty hard to climb up for her and it was dark so she was scared to go on it alone. I don't recommend this place for children under 3. Best to come here on the weekends with the blast pass (2 hours unlimited attractions). 6+ to play laser tag. But I must say, the staff that was helping me was extremely helpful and nice. She knew my kids were disappointed bc there weren't much for them to do overall and we only spent an hour there due to the several inconvenience, she felt bad about it so she gave them each a prize that they picked out even though they only had 60 tickets altogether. The kids were so happy and satisfied. And did I mention, the place is super clean! Definitely deserve that extra star.

Been to a few locations very similar to this recently for kids birthday parties. The 3 stars may seem a bit harsh but I didn't hate the place. Unfortunately you can't do 1/2 a star because I was teetering between 3-4 here. The location is in a complex so it's a bit rough to find. In the the back of the complex and the entrance is located in the rear of the location. Plenty of parking. The staff were friendly abiet young. Not sure if anyone was over 18 the day I went. With that...it still ran pretty smooth. The party I attended lasted 2 hrs. It was broken up evenly between a gym/maze type thing, a bounce house area, a ping pong shoot em out and laser tag. Add cake time to that 2 hrs also. The kids, ages 6-10 all seemed to enjoy it. Not sure how they clean the laser tag or gym (I'd love to see it since there is soo many nooks and crannys)...but I'm sure it's done because no one got sick (had horrible experiences at other places before). One of the employees dressed up as Spider-Man which was a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and they also have 2 water fountains. They have an arcade and snacks for sale but I didn't partake this time around. Rock wall seemed to be closed. Overall enjoyable but not the best kids place I've been to on the island. It seemed a bit tight and rushed.

Menu for food!!! None of these available!! Besides chips and soda!!

We were here for a birthday party. We didnt know we could order food and have a party here. The place is clean. I cannot say that the staff is very attentive. But the kids had a blast. Adults wanted to play some bowling. The staff had no idea how to operate it. We had to wait for a while someone else come and turn it on. After the kids played of course they were hungry, we walked in the place they serve snacks. Apparently they dont have anything other than chips and soda. And they have a nerve to put a menu on the wall.

Fun house!

The kids had a great time here. Bouncy house, rock climbing wall, obstacle course, lazer tag, and more. The staff is very friendly and organized.

I was looking for something different for my son's 5th birthday. I know they love bouncy places, but I couldn't do another party at Bounce U! Active kidz had a little of everything. I took a tour before booking and I loved that it was so super clean and open. They don't feel the need to pack every tiny space with something to where you feel claustrophobic. I the jungle gym area they had couches for the parents, who were actually able to sit because there we the venues employees INSIDE the play areas to assist the kids if they needed help climbing. The 2 men helping with the party were by far the best thing about the day. They were so helpful and accommodating. The kids loved them and played with them. I also really liked that there was only 1 party at a time, so kids didn't get lost with other groups. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for a party or just a fun afternoon. **Did I mention all the dads bailed out to play a round of laser tag!!!

The party room was definitely on the smaller side; I'm not typically claustrophobic, but I did feel a bit cramped inside. On the plus side, they had a lot of arcade games to play, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return to this location.

The space was pretty clean with staff always sweeping and mopping down areas. Games range from 4-20 points per game. Some games allow you to accumulate points to redeem prizes. We also booked a three game laser tag. It was really fun and as intense as you want it to be. You have the choice of free for all or team play. Free for all I felt was a little less intensive. Team play you have to go back your base and reload and protect your base from getting attacked. Definitely free for all was more fun. I would definitely recommend for a big group and if you want a workout.

They were able to play for an hour, and then we bought two arcade cards for $25 each so they could play the games. They had a lot of fun, and the place was clean and not crowded. One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. W walks enjoyed the bowling alley. Again paid by putting credits on your card using a machine that takes cash debit and credit cards to exchange for points on the plastic card give by the Person at the front after your check in and sign a waiver for your child to protect their asses from any injuries your child may receive while playing there. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. He's currently 9 years old. Happy jumping !

Every weekend, I try and find something fun and different to do with my three daughters (13, 11,…read moreand 9.) We normally go to "Q", however being that we had limited time that day, we wanted to play laser tag, but eliminate the long drive. We arrived at Laser Kingdom around 1pm and found that the open session starts at 1:30, so the kids played some of the arcade games. There was a birthday party there, however they do a great job separating the birthday party and the general public. Sadly, there was no other people in the open session that day, so it was just us four playing, which my daughters actually loved since they had full access to the arena. (We played 2 vs. 2.) The arena is a little smaller than "Q", however the mechanics of playing is easier, since there is no need to run back to your base and 'recharge'. (Just wait 5 seconds and you are back in the game.) - My daughters actually found the experience here more fun than "Q". I found the staff extremely friendly to my kids and myself, and Steve was great. Very personable and accommodating. (There's some comments on here which are very contradictory. He is really super nice at the front counter.) If I could offer any advice or suggestions, it would be the following: - Some of the games in the lobby seemed to be broken and been down for some time (basketball, etc.) - Try and get them all fixed up! - Bring the atmosphere of the arena into the waiting area. I understand it's the waiting area, however make it darker, add some colored lights that move and scan the lobby... The energy should start in the lobby, not in the arena. - Build up a presence on social media... Create a buzz! I know there's a Groupon, however I'd love to see the place jammed with kids playing. My kids had an awesome time, however I had to search this place out... I didn't see any advertisements in my face saying 'this is a must to go and play this weekend!' I have a ton of more thoughts and ideas and would love to share and contribute!

It has so much potential but it's not amazing, and not amazing for the cost unfortunately. We started with go karts which are great for $8 per ride. Unfortunately, the first time, our kart was broken and was super slow. My 5 year old dealt with it but it wasn't great. We also paid $24 for the open play on the 4 things they have there, 1 play area which is great and 3 bounce houses which are all great but not really worth $24. Lastly, the front arcade is not bad at all but maybe 50% of the machines were broken. They are also all at least $1.50 per play and just not worth that much. All of the claw games are really hard to win and most are $2 per play. It's hard to spend less than $30 in the arcade. I spent a total of $60 here for maybe 1.5 hours which is ok but I am not sure if I could come back here all that often, especially considering that it needs some tlc.

When you first enter, there is a two lane bowling alley for the kids to the left of the desk. To the right is a nice sized arcade for older kids. It's almost like a really smaller size version of a Dave and busters. To get to the 'soft play' area you have to go right through the arcade area. You go through a hallway where you see party rooms for go karts. The go kart area is small, so it's good for kids maybe ages 4-10. You are able to go with a few kids but you have to buy tickets to do so. If I remember correctly it may be $7 a ticket. There's one room where you can watch your kids that are crawling to about 10-11 maybe a bit older. It's great if you have multiple kids that are different ages. You don't have to go far
