After having an issue when trying to book my sons' birthday party there, I was so genuinely surprised to receive a phone call, to both my home and cell, from the owners. They personally apologized for what had happened and came up with some options for me in trying to rectify the problem. Do not have a party here. Horrible service rude staff and manager is a scatter brain. They told me unlimited pizza for the kids which was a lie. They told my friends daughter they ran out of pizza how is that unlimited. Dance room was not even a dance room the kids we sitting around doing nothing music was so low I couldn't even get them up to dance. They have no contact but boy they took my credit card info right away. So disorganized. Then I told them to pack up all my food and cake and they kept the cake wow is it really that bad. DO NOT GO HERE! When we walked in there was a camp there. Ok, no big deal. Teenager behind the desk asks what we need. Prices were very high individually so we purchased an "Extreme Pass" which gives one maze, aeroball, and rock climbing they also told us we'd get 15 minutes in the arcade. Only 3 of the rides were even opened, and they refused to let us into the massive bounce house area. Went to do maze, camp leaves, we're the ONLY ones there. Maze was Dirty like it had never been cleaned. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting- NO TOILET PAPER! They told us we'd have 1 hour on maze but came back and told us to get off after 10 minutes, whatever. A worker went and hooked Kids up for rock climbing, it was way too hard for them and they only got 1/2 a try- WHEN THERE WAS NOBODY THERE? Kids were between 10 and 13 btw. No one was at the snack stand, so we had to go to do arroball but none of them wanted to. Asked the lady if we could do Cannon Ball game instead, she said it's not really a trade. (VERY rudely) but allowed us to. Stupid game, no way to win. Then they would not give us the 15 minutes in arcade because "that's not part of the package" when it clearly stated it was. The man at the front desk had to call the lady who happen to leave at her house and ask what they told us. She said she didn't say any of the kind, but gave us enough credits for TWO arcade games. Are you kidding? Only about 8 games were even working so it wasn't fun at all. Only prizes we were able to get were Laffy Taffy. Then they told us they closed at 4:30 and we had to leave at 4. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO BOUNCE/ SKY ZONE INSTEAD!!!!!! read more

Very disappointed with their services. Was told we would be pulled out of the maze area when the inflatables were up but they did not. We walked over on our own and saw they were up and the staff was asking if we were supposed to be there! We were only able to spend 20 of the 30 minutes in the inflatables. There was also a grown man jumping like crazy in the inflatables right in front of staff and we were told we should have complained about it before. We spoke to a woman about our horrible experience and she insisted we were told when to transfer to the inflatables and they even gave everyone an extra 5 minutes. Never going there again! read more

I just had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. It was so much fun. She had a blast and we had a blast too. I had kids ranging from few month old to 11 yr old and they all had so much fun. I had the toddler center, the adventure maze and inflatable fun zone. The only thing i recommend is extending the time for each activity which i did so it was perfect!!! The party package only provides half and hour for each activity and eating so i extended it. I'm glad i did because it wasn't rushed and half and hour for playtime in each was too little. The food i catered in for the adults was delicious. The two teenagers we had helping out did such a good job!! I recommend this place for parties. My daughter had a blast and all the kids and parents had a blast!!! read more

We've had my son's birthday parties at Active Kids for the last 3 years. If they were anything less than outstanding, my husband and I would not return there. I love the fact that it is a local family run and owned business. The owners are extremely attentive to our needs and the needs of the children at all times. The staff is and has always been extremely attentive to the children and their needs, this year we did an all boys party for the first time and the staff, young guys just made every single activity fun and enjoyable for them. The parents and the children who attend the parties are always blown away by the staff and how organized, and fun they make it for the children. This year, the kids left sweating due to the nonstop fun filled activities planned for our guests. A great big thank you to Active Kidz for making my son's 8th, 9th, and 10th birthday amazing! read more

Totally mislead regarding the $35 Blast Pass which boasts "2 hours of unlimited attractions ". Not true. Went yesterday for my daughter's -11th birthday- 15 kids.... we didn't do birthday package because we figured the kids would rather play for 2 hours Of UNLIMITED ATTRACTIONS . We were only ones there because the owner offered to open up for us - DID US A FAVOR - she offered we didn't ask - as a matter of fact she called us back to see if we were interested because my husband called few days ago about available dates - believe me was not a favor - she made out on the deal - who wouldn't want to make a quick $570 plus my husband just told he he tipped them $40! ( Wish he didn't just tell me that but that's how he is )for 2 hours ? Staff clearly did not want to be there - did the minimal& when I asked if the kids could do the obstacle course again they said no - 1 time each! same for Rock climbing .Oh wasn't it UNLIMITED ATTRACTIONS ? Cannonball Room was lame due to the weak airflow of some of the "cannons" . Kids had the most fun playing laser tag - got to play that twice - I asked if they could play again since the Laser Frenzy's fog machine was "broken". Ok saw right through that answer. The guy went to "find out" if we could use it only to disappear & make himself busy putzing around by laser tag room . Soooo I asked him if he found out if kids could use that & that's when he said , rather nervously, that it was "broken". I then asked can they play another round of laser tag , which takes about 10 minutes only to be told no. So I asked him to speak to his boss. He pretended to go & call & again I had to go & ask if he called - reluctantly he picked up phone & called . She gets on with me & goes on & on telling me kids seemed to be having fun - she has been viewing the cameras from home and telling me everything looks good to her. Yes most kids were having some fun - how could they not they were with each other - should've just had them Play tag outside of my house which they did later on , but got easily bored with the maze which is geared for the 5-9 year old range & that's where staff wanted us to spend most of our time there because requires no interaction on staff's part. Glorified McDonald's play area.... so then boss wants to speak to my husband because she told him how it was going to go - everyone at one station & move on - my husband didn't respond to much of her bantering but I Made up for that . We were only ones there - why couldn't another staff member take the others to obstacle courses while some at rock climbing - time was ticking $$$... Boss went on to tell My husband she is home entertaining and can't believe she is dealing with us when she thinks everything is fine - (btw very unprofessional behavior) yeah maybe for a fraction of what we paid it would have been . Oh to compensate they threw in a $ 5 game of their 2 little bowling lanes. I do not know how they sleep at night . Shame Shame.... read more

I went here on saturday April 30th 2016. It was completely empty which was fine, my daughter had a play date. The place is clean. However we were only able to do the maze. Everything else was not available such as the bounce room they told us it was not blown up... uumm anyways what really frustrated me is that i called ahead of time and state I had a toddler (2 years old) I SPECIFICALLY asks for the bounce they said yes come in. I drove 30 mins, for my daughter's sake I wasn't going to make a big deal or turn around. She was there with her friends that's the big picture. As far as this place goes I honestly felt like it was a waste of money if you are going with a group Maybe ages 3 and up it will be fun amongs themselves. 2 stars because they were clean read more

Went for my sons 4th bday. Booked the Blast Pass package, spoke with rep and was scheduled. When arrived party was never saved, kids age(s) were too young, location over booked that day. So i had to wing it. Was extremely inconvenienced due to my party not being saved as guaranteed, not alot of ppl book that package so location did not know how to properly supply it, was told on phone kids ages were no problem. Turned out to be a lie. Plus had to ask the manager to continuously aid in the games that kept breaking down and had to be reset. Wanted access to bouncy house, was denied due to not booking specific plan. Tried to pay more to have a good bday. Still denied. As a parent was horribly let down and annoyed. My son didn't know what was going on and had fun. But would not recommend this place for anything other than a open play once they open. By 1p place was ridiculously over packed. Was not the only party complaining of this. Couldn't even get food. Another party was set for 15min to play they had to go in the party room to eat before their time slot ended. I was a guest at a party here and was very surprised at the disorganization, chaos, uncleanliness of the place and how rude the owners were. Being a guest, I was just a bystander as I was not the one paying/hosting the party, but I could only sympathize with my sister-in-law who was. I guess there were two parties going on at once, and I was running a little late and when I told them which party I was there for, a staff member directed me to the back, but brought me to the wrong party! And by the time I was able to realize it, the staff member was long gone, and I was then left to walk around the facility by myself and 3 kids to find it. Upon finding it, I could tell my sister-in-law was already not in a great mood. She said there was a problem with the list since she did not send it in and they were giving her a hard time about how many kids she was having at the party and they were going to charge her for more kids than she was having. After the kids played for an hour or so, one of the staff members on the party directed us into a party room that was way too small for the amount of children and parents that were attending the party- we were packed in there like sardines! This also angered my sister-in-law as she said she had asked for the bigger room when booking the party and was told it wouldn't be a problem-she also offered to pay extra for it. When she went to the front desk to complain and asked to be moved to the bigger room, the response by the front desk girls that were standing there-on their cell phones mind you- was that it was being used by a bigger party in a half hour and they didn't want it getting messed up. We were only in the party room for a half hour so by the time the next party was coming in, we could have been out! Plus, who trains their staff to basically say they didn't want to have it get messed up so they would have to clean it again-which I would assume is part of their job. Trying to relieve my sister-in-law from some of this stress, I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told "oh they already left for the day." Who leaves 18 year olds to run their business? The room thing was never resolved, but the problems didn't end there. The pizza that was put out for the kids was ICE COLD and looked like it had been sitting out for a while or was from the day before. The adult food was good, there were some wraps and pizza. However, the dressings that were put out for the wraps looked like they had previously been used for another party. They were only about half full, and had some chunks of what looked like lettuce that must have gotten in there from previous use-gross! My sister-in-law wanted a picture of the cake before it was cut so I offered to get it for her. As I was walking into the kitchen I saw the front desk girls who said they were "wrapping the food" taking wraps off of the tray that my sister was paying for!! As I did not want to start an issue, I did not say anything to them, but did tell my sister-in-law who said she would discuss it with the owners-who were already gone. My sister-in-law had a custom ice cream cake made by one of our family friends. When I went to take a picture in the kitchen, it looked fine. By the time it was carried into the room to sing happy birthday, it was half melted! It was more like ice cream soup than ice cream cake. My sister-in-law asked what had happened to it, and the staff members really had no solid answer. One of the staff members was handing out cake and dropped a piece on one of the kids lap!! They obviously apologized, but was too distracted and in such a rush that he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing!! At the end of the party, the staff quickly handed out the favors to the kids, and rushed us out of the room. Overall, it was a pretty awful experience to say the least and I couldn't wait to get out of there-it wasn't even my party. I would NOT recommend to anyone to have their party here, although the kids did have fun. read more

Today I had my daughters 6th birthday. @ active Kidz.. 30 friends came to celebrate with her.. They all had a blast. I purchased many of the activities such as lazer frezy, maze, cannonball , glow in the dark dance, inflatables and had a 3 hour stay.. The staff was organized, kid/adult friendly, accommodating and professional. I am glad I chose active Kidz to have a party.. My daughter was so happy and really had a great time! The only reason I rated four not five was because it was a bit too pricey.. But again my daughter had a fab time so all worth it to me! read more

Do NOT bring your children to this awful place. They rush you out for open play to accommodate others after they take your money. The owner is NOT responsive to customer needs/requests and is NOT sympathetic to children with autism. When confronted about his attitude and response, he completely ignored me. What a disappointment this place is. Went there for my nephews birthday and it was horrible. The manager has no idea what she is doing. First, the kids played in the maze area, which was cute. Next, we went to the dance room. Everything was going well the first 5 minutes, until the guy entertaining the kids walked out. When asked where he went, another employee said, "he went to get another song" and never returned. The kids stared to get bored. The music was low. Not the dance room we were promised. Then when we went into the party/cafe room where they served pizza and cake. The kids were served a half slice of pizza and when asked for another slice they stated "we ran out of pizza". How is the unlimited? The servers kept leaving the room and were no where to be found. When a child dropped his water we had to clean it up. This place is very unorganized and a mess. Perhaps they need more employees or a new manager. I can guarantee this place will be out of business in the next few years if something doesn't change! I had a birthday party today fro my 4 yr old. party itself was great until we were escorted into the tiniest party room ever! I paid for 20 kids and tables was only set for 18 kids. 2 kids had to sit on the side all by them selves because there was no room for them. I complained on spacing issues and said because I changed my # of kids 90 minutes prior, they did not have to reset the tables really?? When the party was originally booked, I told them we had a large party with over 20 adults and asked for a larger room. I had adults spilling out into the hall. I also had salad and pizza catered for the adults. Plates ran out and I had to ask the hostess to refill 2x and no forks were not brought out until 10 minutes into the party. I also had asked for soda to be a constant and of course unless I complained it was never refilled. I complained numerous times to both the hostesses and manger during my 30 minute allotted time for food. I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the service today. And I pretty sure that no one from my party will ever an event here. read more
