I've been looking forward to taking my daughter here for awhile since it's local but I think we've…read morebeen to too many play places by now because I was sadly not tooo impressed by this place mostly because I was surprised how small it was. We paid $26 for 2 hours open play which included a $11 game card - however, that card got us barely any games and I knew instantly if I didn't slow things down we were going to be done with this place in less than a halfhour. We dragged out some time on the indoor playground which definitely had some nice climbing areas and slides.. but before you know it, we're back at the games! We still had fun though especially due to the playground but on a summer day I was thinking eh maybe we should have just gone to a park's playground if this was going to be the best part.. Our favorite game was a unique skeeball one they had and the claw machine. The bounce house was fine it was nice it had a basketball hoop but not much more than that. They had a toddler section with toys but my 5 year old daughter seemed a little old for it or had a lot of those toys- definitely good for younger ones though like siblings. I wasn't a fan of everyone having to take their shoes off.. especially adults I would have figured could keep them on. I'm guessing they would make you buy socks if you didn't bring any due to sandals. At least they had cubbies. I feel like I could see a birthday party being fun here so maybe that would be a different perspective. When we went, it happened to be us and just 2 other families so it was pretty quiet. Oh speaking of parties.. it took awhile for us to finally be able to book here for open play because we were always looking for a weekend and usually they reserve morning blocks for parties (leaving open play times like late afternoon 3/4/5pm. We were hoping for earlier slots to open up at some point but no luck. It is nice that this place is located in the town of Bellmore so you can walk to other places within the town before/after for food, coffee, even a movie, etc.

I parked easily on the side street but I believe there are parking lots as well. My kids had a blast with the arcade games, bouncy house and play structure. Also woody and buzz came out which was fun. I would definitely recommend them for a birthday party!

Parents are able to see what their kids are up to and the kids are having a good time. They have a play area, some arcade games, activities in sectored off rooms at different times of the party. Although the time is running the staff is easy going and doesn't make you feel like anything is rushed. Only 3 staff members handling about 30 Kids and 30 Adults and it just flowed. I got so many compliments from friends about how enjoyable and easy the party was because with 30 young kids things can get crazy. Would definitely recommend and do another event here. They also handle decor, food, and clean up. Any additional things you want to bring is up to you but definitely make it easy to just be present as a parents of the birthday girl.

Decor was 10/10 for the private room. Service from my private host, Luca, was really the best! There was a parking lot as well. Party was booked for 2 hours for 15 kids, and so much was done during that time. Game cards included for kids, character came to visit, kids played around, pizza and beverage for all guest, cotton candy, they got the cake for me, and really good service from staff. Sidebar, everyone loved the pizza. At the end, they cleaned and packed up the gifts for me. Did I mention the good service? lol Definitely made the right choice coming here. Place wasn't too big but definitely clean and organized. Staff communication was great as well before hand. I'd recommend to others.

The facilities are clean and the play area is well setup for parents to enjoy a cup of coffee without worrying about the kids. Parking lot outside the door is super helpful. Haven't had a chance to experience the special events but I know there are plenty catered to all families. If my kids weren't growing out of their toddler years, we would still be visiting.

I hosted my son's 5th birthday party at The Children's Social Club on Saturday and could not have been more disappointed. I purchased the Soirée party package, which included all of the bells and whistles and was intended to provide a seamless experience where my family and I simply needed to show up and enjoy the celebration. Unfortunately, that was the complete opposite of what we experienced. My party was scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, and when I arrived at 4:50 PM, setup was still incomplete. Jacqui, the party planner/manager, was frantically trying to finish the balloon garland, the children's table was not set, and the overall décor was unfinished. My photographer intentionally arrived early to capture photos of the decor before guests arrived, but he was unable to do so because the décor was not completed until approximately 5:30 PM. Guests began arriving promptly at 5:00 PM and were met with staff scrambling to finish setup, including assembling the dessert table that should have already been completed. Rather than apologizing for the delay, Jacqui became defensive and repeatedly told my husband and I that she had planned "million-dollar events" so a party of this size was a piece of cake. She also blamed the party scheduled before ours, stating that they stayed longer than expected and delayed setup for our event. Regardless of the reason, the lack of preparedness was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was also a significant delay with the adult food service. Jacqui immediately blamed the owner for not correctly placing the order and then left in a frantic state to purchase additional food from the restaurant. As a result, my guests did not eat until after 6:30 PM, which was actually when the children were supposed to eat. The owner ultimately extended my party by 30 minutes to accommodate the delay with the food and the fact that the children still had not eaten by 6:30 PM. However, Jacqui presented the extension as though they were doing us a favor, despite the circumstances being entirely caused by poor planning and execution on their end. To add to the frustration, we then felt rushed through key moments of the party, including singing Happy Birthday, cake cutting, and taking photos. One of my guests even commented on the poor level of service, noting that Jacqui appeared visibly overwhelmed and in need of additional support. I have never experienced this level of disorganization and lack of service while hosting an event. Instead of enjoying time with my guests and celebrating my son, I spent much of the evening managing issues related to décor, setup, and food delays. This was not the seamless, stress-free experience that was promised or expected, and it was incredibly disappointing.
