I always buy the tire warranty and have used them with NO Problem four times. One time I needs a set of tires for an 18 year old truck. I didn't want to spend a lot. Scott chased me down in the parking lot and told me he had a set that was just returned and sold them to me for cost. I've been a customer since. I complained and the manager got me in pretty quickly but their system of waiting on customers definitely needs improvement. Yesterday, I went there to have the air in my tires checked. The bay door was closed and there was a car in front of me. I waited about 10 minutes and decided to call in case they were not offering the service. I was told they were but they were pulling cars in to check the air, i guess due to the cold. I waited another 5 minutes and nothing so I left. Don't know how long the other car was waiting but 15 minutes to check the air in tires is ridiculous!

I was worried that they would send me off, but instead they took my name and said, give it 30 minutes at least. In about 10 minutes, someone called my name and in another 10 minutes everything was taken care of, no charge. It's been awhile since we last purchased tires here, but the service is excellent.

Today, I received such great service, which is prompting me to write this review. I was having problems removing an old license plate b/c the screws became old and rusted, and they were impossible to take off. After fidgeting with it (in the cold), for a while, I called Belle Tire and spoke with the manager Adrian. He told me he'd check it out and see what he was able to do. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his right-hand man, Alex and explained to him the situation. Happily, Adrian and Alex, both removed and installed my new license plates. This may not sound like a "big deal", but it was 6:00 and the store was pretty busy. I'm also not that good with the tools and don't have the arm strength to remove stuck screws nor a license plate from the frame of the car. They took care of me with exceptional customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, i had a family member who was a mechanic for years and just recently moved away, and he would always use Cassidy and always recommend the place for me for tire issues. I got a new car about a year ago so it had been some time since I've been to the shop. i took it in last week for a simple tire rotation and balance something that would have costed me just under $100 has turned into a literally nightmare and costing me hundreds. Cassidy tires stripped my lugnut and claimed to me that the car came in that way, well that doesn't make any sense considering we were able to take the tire off by hand the night before and now the next day it's stripped and can't come off? Weird. Took it to another shop which confirmed with us that it seems like Cassidy put the impact gun on too aggressively and it stripped the lugnut... now i wouldn't have an issue if Cassidy would take responsibility for the issue but they refuse to, they want to charge us $175 an hour to fix a lugnut that they messed up... i am really not one to bash a place or leave a negative review but Cassidy tire has made my entire week and last week a living hell considering i had to get a rental car now because im in an out of town wedding this weekend. my car will need well over a hundreds of dollars in repairs to fix Cassidy's mistake, when they easily could have let me know they stripped it and taken responsibility. If you take your car here, enter at your own risk and just know that if they make a mistake they will not fix it. I also wanted to say that this shop is under new management and it's no good. I know for a fact if it was the same old store manager that I've always dealt he would have made it right and fixed the mistake that day. I'm extremely frustrated, upset and stressed from this large financial burden all caused from Cassidy tire.

I was greeted by someone that wrote me up, showed me the projected cost and told me it would be 15 minutes. There were only 2 customers there and one was leaving. I said fine, left it there and went across the street do do some shopping at the grocery store. I got back 40 minutes later expecting to be ready only to find my tire sitting on the floor in the middle of the shop with no one around it! I ask and the guy that wrote me up, he stuttered a little and just said "we are swamped" REALLY??!! There is one person there!! HOWEVER there was a delivery truck dropping off tires! there were 3 employees doing that instead of helping the customers waiting! I asked for my tire back almost one full hour later and left. He calls the next day to lie to my face and tell me that it is the blower motor(which was incorrect) that because it is a newer vehicle I could not get an "aftermarket" part. This was most likely done because I was a woman. Paul didn't realize I was raised by my dad who is a mechanic. So I finished the call with Paul playing the "damsel in distress" begging him to save me. I then hung up the phone and called autozone. When Autozone confirmed they had the aftermarket part in hand for 50% less than Paul wanted to charge me, I called Paul back Initially, Paul ate crow and agreed to install the part I purchased. But of course wouldn't guarantee the work. I said, It is a simple install. The part has a lifetime warranty its fine. So I dropped off the part. Paul of course was nowhere to be seen. The mechanic grabbed the part and walked away. Paul was quick to call me up as soon as I turned out of the parking lot to tell me the part was wrong. I told him I would be picking my car up. I walked in, they had supposedly my blower motor(from my vehicle) on the counter next to the one I purchased, however, it had an extra piece protruding from it to make it look different. I told them to give me my car and it escalated into a screaming match. They were going to charge me 149 to diagnose after giving me a 488 total charge which included parts, labor and diagnostics. Luckily Paul's temper got the better of him(he didn't like being called out for his lack of integrity). He said he didn't want my money and I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes while they"put my car back together" Hey Paul, it wasn't the blower motor you moron! Don't assume every woman who walks in the door knows nothing about cars. Integrity goes a long way in life Paul. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and do better next time! Be blessed!

I may be old but I ain't stoopid... I then took the tire to Discount tire down the street where they also looked at the tire (and also measured the tread depth) and said "No Problem" and fixed the tire...
