The GM, Bob, personally checked me in, so there should have been absolutely no confusion that I had an appointment and was waiting for my vehicle. I then sat there for TWO HOURS, watching customers who arrived after me get serviced while nobody bothered to give me a single update. Bob, the GM who checked me in, never once came over to explain what was happening or why my car hadn't been serviced. Eventually, I had to go ask for a status myself. Another technician--not Bob--finally looked into it and told me I had somehow been marked as a "drop-off." How does the GM personally check in a waiting customer with a scheduled appointment and then have that customer entered as a drop-off? After wasting two hours of my day, they finally told me they couldn't perform the alignment because of wear on one tire. It took TWO HOURS to determine that? If the tire prevented the alignment, someone should have inspected it shortly after my noon appointment and told me immediately. The most unacceptable part is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the GM. Based on my experience, Bob's handling of this was completely incompetent. A general manager should be making sure customers are taken care of, not checking them in and then apparently forgetting they exist while people who arrived later are serviced. Belle Tire management should seriously evaluate whether Bob should be running this location because service like this does nothing but hurt the business and drive customers away. They certainly lost my business. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Incompetent management. Two hours completely wasted. I would NEVER recommend this location.

I was worried that they would send me off, but instead they took my name and said, give it 30 minutes at least. In about 10 minutes, someone called my name and in another 10 minutes everything was taken care of, no charge. It's been awhile since we last purchased tires here, but the service is excellent.

Auto Tech had Premium Tires with the lowest prices in Huntley. I called my roadside service. One hour and 32 minutes later, Lightning Road Service showed up. Put my spare on and off to Auto Tech in Huntley. In my time sitting there, I called Arlyn at Auto Tech, they didn't make my tires any longer but he would find some tires comparable. Arlyn looked at all my tires. The left front was a goner, the right front had a gash in it, and the right rear, I have been having problems with it. Needed 4 new tires. I got a new car about a year ago so it had been some time since I've been to the shop. i took it in last week for a simple tire rotation and balance something that would have costed me just under $100 has turned into a literally nightmare and costing me hundreds. Cassidy tires stripped my lugnut and claimed to me that the car came in that way, well that doesn't make any sense considering we were able to take the tire off by hand the night before and now the next day it's stripped and can't come off? Weird. Took it to another shop which confirmed with us that it seems like Cassidy put the impact gun on too aggressively and it stripped the lugnut... now i wouldn't have an issue if Cassidy would take responsibility for the issue but they refuse to, they want to charge us $175 an hour to fix a lugnut that they messed up... i am really not one to bash a place or leave a negative review but Cassidy tire has made my entire week and last week a living hell considering i had to get a rental car now because im in an out of town wedding this weekend. my car will need well over a hundreds of dollars in repairs to fix Cassidy's mistake, when they easily could have let me know they stripped it and taken responsibility. If you take your car here, enter at your own risk and just know that if they make a mistake they will not fix it. I also wanted to say that this shop is under new management and it's no good. I know for a fact if it was the same old store manager that I've always dealt he would have made it right and fixed the mistake that day. My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. He calls the next day to lie to my face and tell me that it is the blower motor(which was incorrect) that because it is a newer vehicle I could not get an "aftermarket" part. This was most likely done because I was a woman. Paul didn't realize I was raised by my dad who is a mechanic. So I finished the call with Paul playing the "damsel in distress" begging him to save me. I then hung up the phone and called autozone. When Autozone confirmed they had the aftermarket part in hand for 50% less than Paul wanted to charge me, I called Paul back Initially, Paul ate crow and agreed to install the part I purchased. But of course wouldn't guarantee the work. I said, It is a simple install. The part has a lifetime warranty its fine. So I dropped off the part. Paul of course was nowhere to be seen. The mechanic grabbed the part and walked away. Paul was quick to call me up as soon as I turned out of the parking lot to tell me the part was wrong. I told him I would be picking my car up. I walked in, they had supposedly my blower motor(from my vehicle) on the counter next to the one I purchased, however, it had an extra piece protruding from it to make it look different. I told them to give me my car and it escalated into a screaming match. They were going to charge me 149 to diagnose after giving me a 488 total charge which included parts, labor and diagnostics. Luckily Paul's temper got the better of him(he didn't like being called out for his lack of integrity). He said he didn't want my money and I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes while they"put my car back together" Hey Paul, it wasn't the blower motor you moron! Don't assume every woman who walks in the door knows nothing about cars. Integrity goes a long way in life Paul. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and do better next time! Be blessed!
