Anatoliy is amazing at what he does, his workouts are really effective and he is very knowledgeable. He meets you where you are and tailors the workouts to your needs. He is kind and professional, encouraging without being aggressive, and knows exactly what small adjustments are needed to correct your form and make that specific exercise more effective. He knows so many combinations of exercises using various equipment and always comes up with new ways to challenge you further and build on previous sessions. I see him weekly and am seeing steady improvements in my strength and endurance. I'm thankful to be working with him and can't recommend him enough!

Most of us don't grow up understanding how muscles function or what proper movement should feel like, and this workshop truly opened that door for me. After the session, I gained a much stronger awareness of correct form and can now recognize and correct my own movements during workouts. What made the experience even more impactful was Jen's approach as a trainer. She is incredibly patient, pays close attention to each trainee, and genuinely listens to everyone's concerns. Since every person experiences the same movement differently. Some find it intuitive, while others struggle to coordinate it, her ability to adapt her guidance to each individual makes the learning process feel supportive and accessible for all. Besides the foundation group training, my husband and I also do personal training sessions with Jen. These sessions are fully tailored to our individual needs. We discussed our goals and daily movement concerns with her, and she designed a program that addresses both of our issues, even though our targets and challenges are completely different. My husband, for example, used to experience foot pain after just a 30‑minute walk. Jen pinpointed the root of his problem and introduced specific exercises to help him retrain his movement. By the third session, he already noticed a huge improvement. He now understands how to engage the right muscles when he walks and can walk and run long distances without pain - something that had bothered him for years.
