Should've called the customer as soon as you knew the cost and time were going to be outside the quote. We denied the updated cost and said just do the oil. And then they put the WRONG oil in my car. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. On the way down, heard an odd sound coming from under the front of the car at highway speeds. Checked under the car and a panel under the engine that was loose. At higher speeds it fluttered up and down. I'm not a mechanic nor have a lift to get under the car. We were in the neighborhood a couple days later, and I brought the car over just to see what they could do. Although they're always busy, they had an empty bay, and put the car up on the lift. Brian explained it was the clips that hold the "belly pan" in place. He fixed it in about five minutes; and when I asked "how much?" his answer was i'm a good customer. There's no charge.
