I wanted to ask further questions but since my time was shared with others, I couldnt follow up like I wanted to. I was going to give CA Rehab and Sports another chance since having another issue, but calling this location is like calling a radio station. You are lucky if they pick up. One time, someone actually picked up, but I could hear people talking in the background. Then he/she hung up- very unprofessional. Ill take my chances elsewhere.

I came to HealthPro with two competing issues, one a crazy rare injury and surgery (essentially I tore my hamstrings off at the top and they pulled down my leg... had them reattached) and a herniated disc injury & surgery. The neck thing has been pretty standard - the leg, I've been a 'first' for most of the medical pro's I've seen along the way. Apurva has been my therapist, and I'm progressing really well - she challenges me in a safe way, answers all of my questions in ways I can understand, and she's also FUN. Randy at the front desk has been great with all of the paperwork, approvals, etc, and kept me informed about the process (which is important when you are in the fear cave of athletic injury and everything insurance-related feels SO SLOW.) The aides are all great - personable, kind, and efficient. I'm super grateful to have these guys on my recovery team - my epic injury saga is followed by an EPIC COMEBACK!

I have to say that this faculty was on top of their game never had a problem even they accommodated for food I didn't like or allergic too. There was a lot of people that helped me to my recovery and I'm very grateful cause I was very scared and ready to give up but an RN named Giselle talked to me which got me on track.. I have names i like to mention that helped me on my recovery and if I misspelled some my apologies. This names range from RN,LVN,CNA, physical therapy and other office staff, Vicente, Giselle, Aileen, Lorie,Patrick, Matthew, Don, Deja, Rowana, Rayna, Thad, and Alex. I have to give my appreciation to these to everyone helped but these names that I put stood out more because they went over and beyond what their job ask them to do. I have much love for these people. Thanks everyone at Diablo Valley Post Acute for everything.

The team's care here is inconsistent and with the exception of a very few people, most people here don't care about their jobs nor do they have the sympathy or mercy for the patients here. After a week or so of caring for my grandma, we saw drift where my grandma went back to being soiled for hours on end and being severely neglected. She developed bed sores (which are a med mal liability), developed diarrhea, and was sitting in her own feces for hours on end. So glad we're out of here and in a facility that actually cares for her.

I was in such pain during the first few weeks of my injury that it was suggested I not drive, and Concentra provided transportation to my appointments. I tried to schedule my follow up visits during the middle of the day, and perhaps had less wait time as a result. Overall I had a very favorable impression of the facility and the care I received.

Ms. Debbie was the only helpful one and seemed to know what she was doing. There were 3 receptionists and they just sat there chit chatting while I stood there. No acknowledgment. Just looked at me and continued talking. Although they do blood draws, they don't know the colored tubes used, therefore I had to make several calls. Next, the receptionist (Cparra) couldn't find where to send the results. Mind you, it was on the email sent to both myself the concentra. Also it was in the order sent to them. I even forwarded the emails, which she couldn't even print out properIn my opinion, they need retraining on customer service and how to do their job properly. Apparently lab draws need to be before 3pm, but that isn't noted anywhere. It is 2:58pm and I am still sitting in the lobby. Let's see how long it takes for me to get called back. EDIT: I was taken back at 4:30! But not after I kept asking because I had to go to dialysis. 3 hours for a less than 5 mins blood draw. After the draw, they couldn't figure out how to process the sample on their labs website. The FedEx driver was waiting for the blood sample, but couldn't wait any longer so the worker said she would drop it off to FedEx herself. However, they couldn't figure out how to process the sample. They called IT on their end and I called the company that was requesting the drug test on my end and at the end of all of this, the only other solution was to go to a different lab which closed in five minutes and I was well over five minutes away. So now tomorrow I need to go to quest diagnostics to do this process all over again and I'm hoping it's not another four hours.
