She is absolutely brilliant at what she does, the patience, intelligence and ease she brings to each session is amazing. So much so that we are also having my 5 year old daughter go to her as well. I cannot recommend her enough!

My son, 2 at the time he started, had been to another speech therapist, and had an OT and special instructions teacher too. Sofia is the only teacher he truly couldn't wait to see every session. he would get so excited as soon as he would see her. The hardest part of every class, was when it was over, because he would want to stay and play/learn with her. He just had so much fun. So that was a positive in itself, of course, if my child is happy, I am too, but the results were also great. He made so much progress throughout the year he was with Sofia, I couldn't be happier with the steps he had taken. Sofia would also explain things for us as parents to do to help his progress throughout the week. She was great to work with and truly seemed like she cared.

Our district contracted with your organization, and at the time of enrollment, we and our district were not made aware of the strict two-year contract policy that restricts the RBT from continuing to work with the same student. Allow me to provide some context. My son is a 17-year-old nonverbal individual with severe autism. He is extremely shy and requires a significant amount of time to build trust with someone before they can enter his personal space. Unfortunately, during my recent meeting with Dale Young, it became evident that no exceptions could be made to extend the contract of the current RBT with whom my son has developed a strong bond and trust. He kept stating that he firmly believes that it's important that they are able to work with others we agree as well we are seasoned parents. He's 17. There is rotation happening already in the classroom everyday. I just wanted him to have the best last two years of high school as possible and not have to have a transition happened twice. So at the end of the day, your company and Dale Young do not taken to consideration of the individual human. By this decision by Dale Young and your policy is going to cause extreme regression and depression anxiety on my 17 year-old son. I left the meeting with feeling like I was talking to a AI. You guys have to do better and consider your clients human beings, not just cases

Olivia is a wonderful SLP who is genuinely invested in her patients. Olivia had good tips and tools to help our daughter progress particularly with challenging pronunciations. We enjoyed the games and creative ways Olivia managed to elicit speech and our daughter would routinely look forward to our Friday morning sessions. I appreciate that Seven Bridges offers both 25 minute and 40 minute sessions. The scheduling process can be a little cumbersome if you need to reschedule and I really wish they would post their schedule of vacations and closures on an annual basis, but aside from those logistical items we were very happy with the care we received. We've worked with at least 5 SLPs over the past 2 years and Olivia was by far the best.

They take the time to understand individual needs and create personalized plans that make a big difference. The staff also communicates clearly with parents and provides helpful strategies to use at home, which makes the progress even more meaningful. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for compassionate and effective speech therapy support." My son has been working with Olivia and I say she is amazing

There will come a time in 4 months parents just find out the new person you are put in touch with as an "in charge" or "coordinator" to be a point person. And you just memorize new names . Meanwhile no update on child therapy, or any real work is done. Too many lazy people on payroll results in this. No work done and no one helped. And children suffer .

There were some BIs that we really liked. It is hit or miss! However, ABA was cut short because our little one started school. ACES ended up not being able to come to the school because the supervisors only do video visits, and this wasn't allowed at our little one's school due to privacy issues with filming small kids. The supervisors seem busy and cover many BIs, so although they said they will come in person, it did not happen. I gave four stars because it is all about shifting expectations. My son is doing great and doesn't really need them, so we can simply sit back and appreciate the BIs who played with him and for some of the education we received. Otherwise, if he did need them, I would be quite disappointed since they aren't accommodating him. I basically had to shift my entire work schedule to make ABA work, which isn't practical for many working parents. We have been on the waitlist for 4-5 months for late afternoons and weekends. We are so lucky that our little one's teacher has some experience with special needs kids! Learning ABA ourselves was also more helpful than using ACES. Despite this tempered review, I am giving four stars because I have heard from other parents that ACES is better than some of the other ABA companies in the Bay Area!
