I've spent over six Months in self isolation and my partner runs a local hospital lab. This is unacceptable. She was rude and completely unprofessional even when asked to wear a mask. Sorry but my life matters more than your discomfort with a mask. It would take her 3 minutes to deal with the customer with a mask and it shows respect and concern for the health and well-being of a customer. Too bad.

I went in to get an estimate for the repair of my car which was in an accident, and the owner walked me through the process to get by rebuilt: salvageable title to being road legal again. Ultimately there wasn't a cost effective way to repair the vehicle, but we were able to find another solution. I was able to purchase a vehicle that had been previously traded in to them, and I got an honest deal. Everything was finalized quickly, and I test drove, signed for, and then left with the vehicle all in the same day. Given the chance I would work with them again.

He suggested a white pearl color instead of repainting it red. What? I thought the most practical thing would be to repaint the same color but we trusted Spike every step of the way. That is very unusual in the service industry in my experience. Regarding his work, he was very efficient. I could tell immediately he was experienced and knew what he was doing. He told you up front what he felt you could expect from his work. In my case I had a large dent on the rear bumper of my new Telluride. Someone had hit my car hard while I was parked and they were turning into a parking space beside me. Joe thought he could get the dent out but the way it was hit and where it was hit the job was a little complicated. Joe took his time working to remove the dent for almost a couple of hours but in the end he got the dent out. He even buffed out the scuffs on the fender from the hit. He even helped with the touch up painting of the scratches left from the accident which I am not sure was part of his quote. If you have an issue, I highly recommend you give him a call.
