Instead of buying a new van (because the interior looks very good, only 88,000 miles and it runs great), my husband and I decided to get it painted. Well, how fortunate for us that we found Spike. He suggested a white pearl color instead of repainting it red. What? I thought the most practical thing would be to repaint the same color but we trusted Spike every step of the way. The initial quote increased but that was because of the premium paint that I chose and some other issues. We still feel that what we paid was worth every penny. Spike is a perfectionist. He takes great pride in his work and it certainly shows. My van looks brand new. I wish I could upload a photo. Thank you Spike!

I recently visited Mazzarell's Automotive, I wanted to cash in on my "Special Discounted Oil…read moreChange," (I had misplaced the Special Coupon), which was given to me after purchasing a 2013 Ford Edge from Mike Mazzarella at Mazzarella's Auto Sales. Upon entering Mazzarell's Automotive, I was greeted by the kind and knowledgeable Service Manager, Ashlee. As one could imagine, I was a bit skeptical about what all this 'discounted' service entailed. Well, both my oil change and service was treated as ALL 'Full Price' oil change/service at Mazzarella's. Ashlee was very patient and eager to answer all of my questions(Cost of a Normal Oil Change and service), along with address any concerns I had. She was truly a delight to work with during my visit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who might have an issue with one of their vehicles. Rest assured, i realize this isn't a 'prerequisite' for any business; however, the Owners are 'believers.' To me, that that always does a lot to calm the fears and feeling of apprehension when taking the tremendous leap in allowing someone to work on their vehicle. For the record, about a week after my visit to Mazzarella's Automotive, I received a letter/ and coupon in the mail. Needless to say, I have already given it to my best friend, and she will be taking advantage of this great promotional in the very near future. This business has at least two new customers now....not too shabby. PS: I saw Ashlee earlier this week at a store in Vero, and I was so excited to see her. I waved at her and cheesed really big...she looked at me as if I had lobsters growing out of my ears. I'm sure she has a lot of long days and sees lots of both familiar/unfamiliar faces. I just thought it was funny. Keep up the Good Work!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP - TOP WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE RIP OFF…read more In July 2026, an oil change technician noticed a leak on my 2010 Infiniti M35 but could not identify the source. He recommended having the engine degreased and inspected, mentioning it could possibly be the valve cover gaskets. I called Top Wrench Automotive and spoke with Travis for an estimate on valve cover gaskets if that turned out to be the issue of the oil leak. I explicitly told Travis during drop-off that the car had NEVER been formally diagnosed. Travis assured me that they always perform their own diagnostics and would thoroughly degrease the engine to verify and identify the oil leak before doing any repairs. A few days later, the initial $600 estimate jumped to over $950. I approved it, assuming the source of the oil leak was verified and fixed. After picking up the car; the very next day, my garage floor was covered in oil worse than before I brought it in. When I returned the car, to Top Wrench Automotive to reinspect the car; they claimed their work was fine. There were no issues with the valve cover gaskets. When I asked Travis why is the car still leaking oil; especially if they had truly degreased and diagnosed the source of the leak, Travis claimed they did, however it's possible that the car has several oil leaks. After leaving the car another day for them to actually find the leak, Travis handed me a shocking $7,695 estimate for major services, claiming it was too difficult to isolate the leak without doing major repairs. Worse yet, Top Wrench altered the new invoice to state that the valve cover gaskets were replaced based on another shop's diagnosis. This is a total lie to avoid accountability. I told Travis multiple times, CLEARLY that the car was NEVER previously diagnosed, and he himself stated that Top Wrench never relies on outside opinions without doing their own diagnostics' first. Frustrated and out $950, I ultimately took my vehicle to a different automotive shop (Melbourne Radiator / Automotive. Within 24 hours, they found and identified the real problem: a bad $20 Engine Oil Cooler Seal. It was a massive, obvious leak that Top Wrench completely missed despite claiming they degreased the engine. The new shop fixed it perfectly for under $200 total. Top Wrench Automotive took $950 of my money, failed to diagnose a basic issue, lied on my paperwork, and then tried to trick me into thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Stay far away.
