Walked in to get a quote on some wedding invites printing. The lady said it was $7 each to MAKE a pretty nice laser cut one. Still thought it was really high price since the same go for about $5 or less and I'm like "oh wow" cuz Ive really never seen them for that price and I only went there cuz the reviews said they were good price. And she's like "what? You thought they were gonna be $1 or what?" Rude. No. I just think you're overcharging but whatever. So I told her I was bringing the invites myself (which I found on Amazon super nice and elegant and awesome quality in laser cut shimmery gold for $120 for 100 invitations) and I asked her how much would it be just to print them there first in foil. She said $6 each to print even if it's just a few letters you want foiled. The I asked about just regular ink on regular paper which I'm bringing. Obviously you print 2 per page and they charge per page like $.50 or something like that but she said "oh no, it's individually because it'll be 2 invitations in the page and it's $3.95 per invitation so you're looking at about $400 plus tax" Im just there thinking like, if you don't want to do the job just say so. -_- there's no way in hell I'll pay that much to print 50 of REGULAR ink sheets. Taking my business somewhere else and I'll update the place and the pricing. Sure I'll find something waaaay more reasonable than what this lady quoted me. They specialize in commercial printing but can also do your personal documents in normal circumstances (services available can vary due to COVID-19). I think $0.50 per page of black and white printing is insanely high... but I don't mind helping local businesses and it's within walking distance for me. I went there for consecutive days to print out things I needed in a hurry. The price went up... twice. First to $0.65 per page, then to $0.70. I asked what happened to the original $0.50 price. She broke eye contact and looked down with her hand out stretched. They just lost my business. read more

To say that I'm finicky about particular details when it comes to the designs and look of my business cards would be rather apt, so I've been having a relatively difficult time finding a print shop that can capably customize the product to fit my needs. Fortunately for me, I've stumbled into a gold mine in ACE Print & Design. The representative, Mya, has been so helpful in gauging my wants and needs and helping me to realize the designs I wanted on my cards. It should be zero stars! I placed an order on Monday and paid for it on Tuesday. They made several mistakes on my business cards, I had to keep sending them back. Finally on Thursday I approved them for print. I emailed them and said I would be in Friday at noon to pick them up but they never responded. I called Friday at noon and spoke with the manager. He was very unprofessional. He kept over talking me. He said I'd have to pick them up next week. I told him that was unacceptable and he needed to please the customer. I told him it wasn't my fault that they kept messing up on the business cards. He said if I wanted them on Friday I'd have to pay extra. I said that's unacceptable. He then hung up the phone on me while I was talking to him. Needless to say, my company will no longer do business with Ace Printing. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Decided to have some wedding invites done here in Vietnamese. Spelling mistakes (didn't even spell "Oakland" right), took forever to get them (2 days after they said they would be done) and then when I finally got them I had to assemble them all. This took an entire day since I had to put double sided tape on every invitation and the envelopes because they are too cheap to buy envelopes with the adhesive already on there. They are also expensive, they charged us over $2 per invite. They will never see a dime of my business again and if you don't want a similar experience avoid them. read more
