Really good pizza! Only complaints i have are their online ordering and the attitude of some of the female workers. They're not very prompt on checking to see if they got an online order so when i arrived to pick my order up, they didn't even know I had ordered until i got there. Luckily i don't live too far so it wasn't a huge deal to wait but if you have an online ordering option, you should be diligent about checking for online orders. Secondly, every time i have gone to pick up, the girls at the front counter don't seem to have personable manners. They hardly acknowledge you or even look you in the eye. If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. I am in shock with these 5 star reviews. Let me go in order with the PROBLEMS. I placed my order for pick up. When I walked in: 1. The kitchen is literally 10 feet away from front entrance and 5 feet away from register 2. The man in the kitchen was putting/spreading cheese on the pizza with his bare hands. 3. Then stopped to greet 2 men and little girl who walked into kitchen area from the back with their coats on. 4. The man, hugged the girl with her outside coat on the returned to fixing the pizza and then placed it in the oven. 5. One of the men that walked in was about to take his coat of right in the kitchen and I guess was about to start his shift. until he was prompted to go elsewhere to remove his clothing. 6. I promise this man came back within 15 secs and there is no way he washed his hands or even putted on an apron to get started from work. 7. the cashier needed help ringing me out and the man was training her on the register and after I paid he continued to train her while I was just standing there and my pizza just getting cold. 8. When I politely asked for my food, he gave me the rudest and evilest look for interrupting him. I will never return to this place again. i wonder when was the last time they had an inspection because the lack of cleanliness of staff and kitchen area, just NASTY. The lack of costumer service just because I asked for my food, who wants a cold pizza. I spent way too much on this pizza and I didn't even eat it due to my observations. I ordered a pizza as I have a few times in the past. Today, the pizza tasted very odd, and made everyone in my family feel nauseated. Three of us got sick and had to vomit after eating a couple of bites of the pizza. I called Ace to let them know that the pizza made us sick. There is a very rude and ignorant lady named Matty (that's what she said her name was- she probably lied). She said no one else complained, so she didn't think it was valid. She is very unprofessional and should not be talking to customers. I definitely would advise everyone to stay away from this horrible place. When I have an issue or bad experience at a place of business and the manager tries to correct the situation, I appreciate the person trying to fix things. In this situation "Matty" made the situation worse. I will never patronize this terrible place again. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

We have loved everything we've tried. My favorites are the wings and cheesy garlic bread. My husband loves the pizza. My son firmly believes they have the #1 best chicken tenders (even better than McDonalds nuggets!). My one and only gripe is it takes a while to get your order, even if you order ahead you have to expect to wait 5-10 minutes. We love Ace Pizza! read more

Tried the pizza for the first time today to take advantage of the bogo for half on Monday and Tuesday. I was floored by this tasty, cheesy pie. It had just the right amount of sauce and baked to perfection. Ace has just become my favorite go to pizza carry out joint. I can't wait to sample the rest of the menu. My first and last time trying this pizza place. I ordered a small sausage stuffed pizza earlier today. First, the positives, the sauce for the pizza is actually really tasty which is what makes this all even more disappointing. The crust of the pizza was horribly burnt, and I don't mean a little char here and there, the crust was burnt black on the edges and on the bottom of the slices in several places. There was a lack of cheese on the pizza as well, a good stuffed pizza should be gooey and stringy when you pull a slice from it, that is what makes it a favorite for so many. I like trying pizza places I've not been to before, but this one was a dud, 2 stars only cause of the sauce. read more

The delivery person had attempted to bring thee pizza and we were knocked out. Heard absolutely nothing!! She made several attemptss to gain access to the building and called a dozen times. By far the worst pizza I've ever had. Delivery driver made initial delivery, noticed immediately something from the order was missing, then proceeded to serve dinner, only to find something else missing, called and was told they were so busy they didn't know when they would get to deliver the missing item, to top it off realized something else was missing from the order...didn't bother calling back again... to top it off pizza is soggy with zero taste. I've eaten their food many times and it's usually good. My issue is with the delivery service. On 2 separate occasions, I had the same delivery driver and there was a language barrier. We don't have a doorbell (never did; there isn't even a space for where it would be) and there's a sign which reads to knock on the door. He didn't. He called me asking 'does anyone live here?', didn't give an address or anything just said 'here' (don't know how long he was standing there, no knocking or anything). I tried to show him the note... he kinda just nodded and smiled and started walking away. The 2nd time, if my 2 dogs didn't hear him, I would have never known he was at my door. He was very polite both times- no issues with that..... Again, food is really good...although they did forget part of one of our orders (on one occasion)- I called and it was sent to us within approx. 15minutes. No issues with that. I am making a new sign, in a couple different languages, that states to knock hard on the door. read more
