Ace hardware... They say Ace is the place. Well let's see how they are and five stars today this is the new location in Lake Nona at the corner of 417 and Narcoossee Road, right next to the 7-Eleven. Now the fact that it is very conveniently located unfortunately The parking lot is somewhat less inconvenient, but I'll get more of that later. So, let's talk about my latest venture out and my first visit to this brand-new Ace Hardware. Well I live in the wonderful neighborhood of Laurie at the park, someone of a limited mental capacity apparently designed most of the sprinkler systems in our neighborhood. With that being said I was out yet again to replace parts for broken sprinkler heads. this wasn't a terribly difficult one I just needed to get a cap with a 180 spray maximum 8 feet... The neighbors lawn service keeps hitting this thing and it keeps breaking, hence the cement down at rings to go around them now. With that being said it's not exactly especially item, but I wouldn't find it at Walmart either so, it was time to see if ace was indeed the place. As with most Ace Hardware is I've been out in the past I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had the sprinkler head in question in my hand and the gentleman ran right over said I assume we need some parts and follow me down to the area. He got me the exact That I needed cleaned it out replaced it and me the bag with the old parts in it and my sprinkler head but the parts replaced it and in two minutes I had left the store. Well there you go, that's how you get five stars from an elite yelped!! Start out strong and a brand-new location and a great and growing area and then top it off with good prices and darn good service. It's five stars all the way. Home Depot is just too far away from him for me and my lazy booty, so I hope that this would be a fruitful journey into this new location. I'm glad I stopped in but allow me to address the parking issue I mentioned. The parking lot is shared, although they have designated parking for Ace Hardware, with a 7-Eleven and a preschool. The preschool usually is no problem whatsoever so no concern there however the Ace Hardware is at the entrance for the 7-Eleven lots of traffic turning in and out do not, I repeat do not park directly in front of the store if you're going to back out because you may be sitting there if you want to back in, you'll have a much easier time departing. I would suggest parking opposite the front doors on the flipside or on the side of the building. It's not a huge deal, but I did get stuck behind a tractor trailer for several minutes when I wanted to leave yeah I know #FirstWorldProblems So if you're in the area, check it out. I think you'll be pleasantly please and it's so nice to have an Ace Hardware in the neighborhood. I can't stress enough the prices really are no worse or better than Lowes or Home Depot and you're very likely to get some local service because they are locally owned. #OrlandoGrown

Came here before 7 on a Friday. They closed early. I will never come here again. False advertising.

After looking at material costs and the options other building suppliers offered it was hopeful that for the size and number of panels we needed that ACE was our answer. And they were. They had all the materials we needed to replace the panels ourselves and the gentleman at Ace Orlando assured me that I could and he directed me as to how to install new screening for the lanai - to include suggestions as to which material would be best to prevent further need to replace screening due to said dog. I really appreciate the customer service at this location. I wanted to get in and out quickly and several members directed me to the correct aisles to get what I needed. I like that they are so knowledgeable about the location of each item I needed, even down to providing directions to the exact spot (i.e., halfway down the aisle or located on the left side of the aisle). It just feels like a neighbor store instead of a big box retailer. I purchased my items and pickup my online order and was out the door under 15 minutes! You got to appreciate their efficiency and customer service!

I usually visit the Toole's Ace Hardware on Orange Avenue, but I was directed to the Conway store…read morerelative to my delivery area. I purchased a Weber grill and wanted the free setup and delivery that comes with an Ace Rewards membership. The app stated I needed to choose the Conway location for delivery. On Monday, I was contacted by John to schedule the delivery. I was provided various time periods and I selected the 2-4pm slot. Around 2:30pm, Justin arrived and provided 5-star delivery service. Not only did he deliver the grill off the truck and to my garage, but he also asked if I wanted him to install the propane tank to the grill. He demonstrated various other parts of the grill such as the match lighting attachment (if ever needed) and the knob in the back that holds the propane tank in place. Justin turned on the burners and recommended I complete a one-time burn off of any residue from the manufacturing oils, preventing them from flavoring the food when using the grill for the first time. He went above and beyond in my opinion as part of the delivery process. The Conway Toole's is lucky to have him! Based on my experiences with both the Orange Avenue and Conway locations, I can say Toole management knows how to hire qualified and exceptional team members. Their business practices support my belief that Toole's is so much better than those big box hardware stores when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I was put on hold and they never came back in the line... I called again and spoke to a woman who claimed she was the store manager.. who basically told me broken or not, it doesn't matter I'd still had to pay $200+ for another one and that it's just wear and tear... (meaning every year I'd have to buy another one based on how poorly they were made considering how overpriced it was). She mentioned that I could also take a risk by buying it on Amazon but that they only reprogrammed their keys only. No help. Shit service and poor client retention skills!!! They need to do better!
