The decision was made at the end of January to proceed with Mo from Galaxy Cabinets. We had been down this path before two years ago; we were at the final stages after design to remodel, and when we went to place a deposit, the cabinet supplier was not forth coming, so we abandoned the idea of remodeling and went on vacation instead. All of this is to share how incredibly hesitant we were to roll up our sleeves and work with a new cabinet company. Mo was chosen because of the incredible reviews about his service, product, and attention to detail. We could not be any happier with Mo from START TO FINISH. From design assistance, product quality, installation (Eddie is the BEST!), follow up...ever step of the way Mo communicated with us, and ensured we were happy at every turn. (I may have to add here we are admittedly opinionated, and detail oriented, in a nutshell = hard to impress). We have recommended Galaxy to our neighbors, and friends who are equally "wowed" with the renovation.

If you're looking for a reputable, sound company you trust to do your work, please look elsewhere…read more This company provides no sort of peace of mind when it comes to home projects. My husband and I just purchased our first home and have a couple of projects we want to work on - the kitchen being the first. We had quotes done from other companies and it boiled down to 2 companies - Carla and another (whom we ended up using). From the beginning, Carla was reluctant to when it came to educating us on the process and helping us to feel comfortable handing over over $3k to them. I tried to look up their license with DBPR and was unsuccessful in finding them - and I am a pre-law student, I'm well aware of how to search for companies with DBPR. They're not even BBB accredited and everything they did is exactly what all sources say contractors and companies should NOT be doing. In a way, I feel like they take advantage of customers who they feel aren't competent in reading choppy legal agreements and understanding them. By far, this was one of the worst professional agreements I have ever read in my life. I want to emphasize their contract: 1. You're forced to accept that if they need a second slab of over $2,xxx that you'll have to buy it OR you will lose your deposit which includes the cost of a slab PLUS half of labor. They won't guarantee what they quote you is what you'll pay. 2. They also refuse to guarantee that you'll have the work done with an acceptable amount of seams (professional craftsmanship is not guaranteed) 3. Their contract says that THEY aren't responsible for any damages to your home that THEY may cause. 4. They have a contradictory clause in the contract saying that although YOU pay for the slab, THEY are the ones buying it so it is their property. It later says that they will not be responsible if your slab breaks after you pay for it and will only act as mediators between you and the slab supplier. I will attach pictures of the contract they sent us, the contract we sent BACK to them to ask that they offer some sort of protection to us- their potential clients- that was rejected. This is terrible customer service and a terrible business practice. You should NEVER start off a relationship by advising that you're not responsible for any of your work and won't stand behind any of it. Please go else where. They may be cheap, but it's probably because they're not insured or bonded or anything along those lines. Their contract is B.S. and I'm glad we decided not to use them. On top of all of this, we were willing to PAY THE LABOR COSTS of having their team come template our kitchen and have them lay it out on a mock slab with the same dimensions as the slab we were choosing but they refused that as well. The sad part is that she had a contact that had such a beautiful stone at an unbeatable price! But I'm willing to pay more and invest in a company I trust and work I can trust.

I usually go to the Casselberry…read morelocation but have had my brother pick up material from Kissimmee, and no complaints from him, either. So we're totally gutting our home and redoing all the tile in the kitchen, three bathrooms, showers, the whole 9 yards. We looked at HD first and picked out what we liked....then we found that floors and Tiles saved us a ton of money with a much prettier tile. I've worked with both Ray and Jose and had great service. They do have a 30 day return policy, but they'll take stuff back after that, they just have a restocking fee. It's a bit steep at 25%, but most places (*cough* LUMBER LIQUIDATORS *cough*) will charge a restock fee right away when you return, even if it's the very next day. This place gives you 30 days with no restock. I think that's not unreasonable. Anyway, the prices are great, the service is better, and they have beautiful products. I have only good things to say. Note: I wrote the same thing on their Kissimmee store page but am putting it here, since this is where we usually go.

It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.

Very disappointed with my experience with Shinedeck Outdoor. The quality of the workmanship has…read morebeen a major concern. The pavers have shifted and lifted, and the finished installation does not look the way you would expect from a professional paver company. When you pay for a new paver installation, you expect the pavers to be properly installed, level, stable, and built to last. Unfortunately, the problems with the installation make me question the quality of the preparation and installation work. Pavers should not be shifting and lifting like this, especially after paying for professional installation. Overall, I expected much better workmanship, communication, and customer service. Based on the condition of the pavers and my experience dealing with the salesperson, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality paver installation. Do your research, get multiple estimates, and make sure you understand exactly how the installation will be done before committing. From 10 different estimates from different companies in the area, this company was the most expensive one. I have no idea why. There is no quality. Shifted pavers and weeds everywhere after sealant was applied from the same company. Now I need to look for another company to fix their shitty job!

I have a dog, and so I wanted to add some fenced-in areas for him to be able to play outside. Initially I contacted SHINEDECK for a quote on pavers installation for a small patio outside my sliding glass doors. Prior to the appointment, I revisited the website and noticed that they also do all kinds of other things, and all of the projects I wanted to do were included in their scope of services. Long story short, I had them install the pavers patio, seal all my new and existing pavers, lay down artificial grass for the side yard, put up a 6ft. solid vinyl fence around the artificial grass, put up a retaining wall, put up a white picket fence for the front yard, and install gutters! I was a little disappointed when I was told that they wouldn't get to my projects for at least 2-3 months, but I was elated when I was notified that they would be starting after only 4 weeks. They got everything done in a week and did an amazing job. They helped my vision for the outdoor space of my new townhouse come to life. Salvador (Sal) did a great job as a sales representative and project manager, providing wonderful solicited advice and keeping me informed along the way all throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend SHINEDECK to anybody with outdoor project needs.
