Carissa was amazing to work with. I was completely overwhelmed by all the quartz choices, and she patiently helped me find a beautiful option that stayed within my budget. She also suggested the best slab sizes to choose in order to save money, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she even let me visit the yard to see the quartz in a full slab, which made me feel much more confident in my choice. She also went out of her way to fit me in for the measure sooner than originally planned and then scheduled the installation within a week after that. Sandro, the fitter, was equally wonderful. He carefully explained the process, talked with me about the cut, and made sure everything was set correctly. Sandro and Carissa must have noticed I was planning to reuse my old sink, because they kindly offered me a brand new one -- such a thoughtful surprise! The installers did a beautiful, seamless job. They were efficient, professional, and took special care to make sure my dishwasher was hooked up perfectly. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care they showed in my home. And the price was excellent too -- they beat the other quotes I received. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. My wife and I recently purchased a new construction home. We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects.
