Walked into their building like a deer in headlights. One of the gentleman behind the counter (Jay) greeted and asked, "How are you?" My reply? "Nervous...!" I just switched up professions and I'm new to this world. I told Jay my story, concisely. He took a few minutes to ask me some questions about the projects I'll be working on and explained that they mainly sell decking, pressure treated wood/products and the like. I came in looking for natural wood. He was nice enough to get on the phone and make some calls for quotes. I could definitely get the same type of wood from a major retailer, but I'll be working with Jay as I grow my business. His customer service was phenomenal and supporting a local business is a top priority for me. Thanks for your help, Jay! read more

I have needed a few items over the years that you can't get from big box stores or in stock at lumber yards. I have ordered them at this store in Belle Isle on several different occasions and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am going there today to special order a board I can't get elsewhere without a special order. read more

No better place in Orlando to purchase decking, sea wall materials, and similar materials. They are helpful, but primarily cater to professionals so don't expect them to design your project for you. Helpful, but again, professional. Prices are competitive and delivery charge is reasonable. read more

Spoke with Tony on the phone. He was very short and was in a hurry to get me off the phone. Got to the location and he wasn't any different in person. Terrible customer service. read more
