I called this store because I was in a rush and needed to confirm they had a specific tire inner…read moretube in stock. The person who answered was cheerful and confirmed they carry tire tubes. So far, so good. When I asked about a particular size, instead of checking inventory or walking over to verify, I was told to go to their website to see if it was in stock. That's where the experience fell apart. If I'm already on the phone with the store, asking about a specific item, why wouldn't someone take two minutes to physically check? Telling a customer to check the website feels like passing the responsibility back to them. To make matters worse, I've relied on their online inventory before, and it showed "in stock" when the item was actually unavailable. So being directed to the website didn't exactly inspire confidence. In the end, I did go online -- just not to their site. I ordered it on Amazon instead. For all the brick-and-mortar stores frustrated about losing business to Amazon, this is exactly why it happens. Customer service and convenience are supposed to be your advantage. If your own staff won't take basic steps to help a customer, you're essentially sending them elsewhere. Disappointing experience

The Store Associates were very comfortable with each other and were talking away. Ace had a variety of humorous items for sale. For example, Mugs, Socks, Kitchen Towels, Walk Art etc. etc. They gave my friend a flyer regarding a social hour event. I thought that was a unique marketing strategy. It's nice and clean and all the departments are organized. The aisle are small and you can barely get your shopping cart through the aisles. There merch is a little on the pricey side too. Check out Ace sometime. You will like what you see and you will feel welcomed
