On the day of the installation Ruben and Tony arrived around 9 AM in a DuPage Radon Contractors van and introduced themselves. They told me they expected to complete the installation by 3 PM in the afternoon. They appeared to work diligently in the basement and garage, competing the work around 4 PM at which time Ruben took me on a tour to observe the new, functioning mitigation system. I couldn't be happier. The radon readings on my tester immediately started dropping and now measure under 1.00. I would highly recommend DRC.

Tim the designed called me back the next day and scheduled an appointment to come and assess the housse. Our radon level had been testing between 6 and 8. Tom did a thorough assessment inside and out and created a proposal including a sketch of the installation, including the EXACT cost, which was just under $2000 - very reasonable. I was impressed that they use a large diameter downspout (matching our existing downspout color) extending to the roof line instead of PVC pipe. They also install a housing over the outside fan unit which looks great. They also seal the sump pump with a new lid and seal all the cracks around the perimiter of the basement. The technician Jorge came out two weeks later and performed the entire install. He was amazing! He explained everything, and left it all very clean. Very professional and courteous. I retested the radon level a couple of days later and it tested at .27!!!!!I HIGHLY recommend Dupage Radon Contractors. You will not be disappointed.
