I searched for their local office and got in touch with Matt Hyde who provided top notch customer service and arranged a crater for the next day! Talk about coming through in a pinch. Joe was our crater and he was very professional and good to work with. I highly recommend Craters & Freighters as they consistently outperform other crating companies. Their shipping rates are also very competitive. Thanks Matt and Joe for saving our trip!

Kinda a big project for a great client so I handle it myself. I am the opposite of customer service that Icon is. I specialize in Website building & SEO. But if my client (small or large) needs help with something technical like business cards & brochures... YES we will help you. I had previously used a place on Grand but none of the previous boxes of business cards had the name of the business nor was it on Google. Icon was the closest match on Google maps. So I call Icon as their web page says they recently moved. Maybe this is the place.... innocent enough... right? So I call Icon printing & a cranky sounding gentleman answers the phone. I ask him if they are the place across from the post office on Grand & used to have to buzz people in. As I used them previously several years ago & really liked the results. Wrong question & statement. "I've been at this location for 6 years, & the previous for 7 years". Ummmmm oooooook. Better answer would have been either: A. Wow it's been a while since you used us, glad you looked us up. B. Not us, but how about you come by to discuss your project or send your files and we can see what we can to for you. I then asked if a .psd file was acceptable. He fired back: "What is a pfd file"? I've never heard of a pfd file"! I told him I said a .psd photoshop file. He then told me "we only use pdf files". Ok, I can figure that out. I then asked him what time they closed which was reasonable since the website offers zero information on hours & has a message that indicates they moved recently (of course 6yrs might be recent to Mr. Cranky). He snapped "we are closing early because of Good Friday so the guys can go home." WOW... WOW... WOW! I went over to Alpha Graphics & they were nice to me.
