In one sitting, Coach Ezra walked me through what the procedure should have been but wasn't. If I knew about this beforehand, it would have saved me 4 hours of driving (from out of state) as the state and county offices where I live could not tell me. Even the state licensing board of my future job could not explain the process in any detail. Coach Ezra clearly explained what should have happened, the fingerprinting process and what to expect.
