The technician arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, walked the entire property, and immediately got to work. The tech was on my property for less than 2 hours and crawled under the house to spray every single inch. He also sprayed our two yards, porch, patio, driveway, and around the garage. The technician also repaired all basement screens and other areas where bugs can return. While the tech was making these repairs, spiders, termites, and water bugs were seen crawling out from under the house onto my driveway and simply dying on the spot. This went on for the next hour. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from this company's employee (sorry, I do not recall his name). He was UNBELIEVABLE, friendly, hard-working, and highly committed to resolving this very stressful issue for my family and me. He walked through the entire house and even went into our attic. He educated us along the way about everything from termites, homes, etc. and answered all of our many questions. He told us that we do have both types of termites, but it's more pressing that we take care of the subterranean ones. Since we plan on remodeling parts of our house, he said we should hold off on tenting it until afterwards, in case any new wood has termites. It was comforting to know that despite our house being over 40 years old and having never been tented, there was minimal damage to our wood.
