Booking: I sent an inquiry directly with the company due to their stellar reviews, and they were able to schedule me in for my preferred time/day. The overall process was really convenient, especially because of their flexible time window. Moving: the two movers, Herman and Aleksei, were incredibly efficient and very sweet/patient throughout the move. I appreciate that they handled both my expensive & economical items delicately. Also, I wasn't completely prepared on my end with the move such as knowing details like where to park for loading/unloading or even which items to move vs discard, which I had been dreading for weeks. However, thanks to their expertise and versatility, the move was stress-free. And a huge shoutout to Herman for his guidance and coordination that really ensured a seamless experience. Overall, this company lives up to its 5-star rating, and I highly recommend Herman & Aleksei if they are available!

Paid a little over 2.5k to move a 630 sq ft 1b/1b 3 miles and had 3, and eventually 4 movers. Overall I'd say it was good, not great When I scheduled I explained I had two walkins with lots of clothes - they assigned me three people when I likely needed more as I had a walkup. We ended up totally missing the window for the move which is more my fault but I had asked the people who confirmed if they felt it was reasonable. They helped move the hanging items (which I expect) and had me pitch in to pack the glass despite having asked for them to send someone to do this. It's not an issue but I do think there was a general lack of communication bw the movers and the ppl who helped book that made the day less efficient than it could have been. I'm happy to pack those things as it gave me an outlet for my moving anxiety and saves me time ofc but even without packing glass it still took 9 hours When I realized we were pretty behind it was very easy to get someone else last minute at noon, so that was helpful and everyone coordinated quickly to make it happen. All the guys were also very respectful and carefully wrapped my furniture (table, 4 chairs, coffee and side table, large tv, bed and heavy lifting frame, chair desk and small wine fridge). I think I have a lot crammed in to a 1B and was overall a good experience, though not quite as smooth or efficient as my previous SF moves Pros: Crew is friendly Didn't break anything, including my fancy stemware Cleaned up after themselves removing wrap and paper Very efficient by helping me add an extra mover at a reasonable cost ($50hr) Cons: Timing ended up being totally off :( not their fault completely but I tried to communicate several times during booking I had a small elevator window and a lot of stuff Pretty pricey for a 1 bed 3 mile move

My wife already left a review but they deserve as many accolades as possible…read more We hired OBM because they quoted us the lowest price, but they were also the best and I highly doubt other movers would've gone above & beyond the way they did. We had a challenging move from downtown S.F. to Berkeley, to a house that is in the middle of multiple construction projects. Yet they made everything feel easy. I had gotten food poisoning the day before and we were stressing because we hadn't yet finished packing. But it was no problem--they loaded the truck with the items that were ready to go while we packed the rest. Make sure to ask for Joseph and his team (Fernando and Victor). They arrived a little early so they'd be ready and were the utmost professional while also being a warm and friendly team of guys. We would have them over dinner any time. Because of Joseph I'm now convinced that moving is both an art and an athletic feat. We had a recliner (100lbs) and a treadmill (200lbs) that were too wide to go through a doorway--and yet he maneuvered them effortlessly through without a scratch on either.

Lee and Dong, You guys were truly amazing! I just wanted to…read moresay how much I appreciated everything you did. You were both so sweet, professional, quick, and efficient, and you made what could have been a stressful move feel so much easier. I will definitely be posting a Yelp and Google review because you absolutely deserve it! I'll also be using your company again for my next move. If possible, I would really love to have the same gentlemen come out again. It was such a pleasure working with you both. Thank you again for taking such great care of everything! I really appreciate you guys!!! Value was superb!!

After extensive research, we opted to go with EOS for our move. Starting with the pros:…read more 1) We made sure to box up EVERYTHING except for furniture, and move it all to the garage for easy transportation. They were very quick to load it all up into the truck before moving on to the furniture we had in the house. 2) They disassembled and wrapped up our furniture very quickly and efficiently. We tried to disassemble as much as we could, but some pieces (like the sofa) were difficult for us. But they handled it all with ease and put everything back together just as quickly at the new home. 3) Despite 2 flights of long stairs at our old place, they handled the narrow hallway and constant up and down without any issues our complaints. Their ability to navigate large furniture pieces down the stairs without damaging the walls was truly impressive. 4) No extra charge for driving time. And they were very quick in getting from point A to point B. In fact, they were already unloading into the new home by the time I arrived. 5) Their rates are VERY competitive. However, they do charge a % fee if you pay with anything other than cash. 6) They estimated an 8am arrival time and arrived exactly on time. They were also very communicative leading up to the move date and did not charge extra based on the day of the week. 7) No extra charge for shrink wrap, or use of blankets or boxes. 8) They were pretty good for the most part about placing boxes in the correct rooms as we had all the boxes pre-labeled and post-its labeling which room was which. Cons: 1) We had some extra moving boxes laying around that they wound up using to package some of the lamps and other "smaller" home decor/lighting items. In addition to smaller furniture items (chairs, etc..). While we were okay with them using these as they were excess boxes that we wound up not needing, it would have been nice if they had simply asked first before grabbing them. 2) They only laid down floor covering for the first flight of stairs. And nowhere else in the home. This meant that their hand dollies carrying heavy payloads were rolling through our carpeting, hardwood, and stairs without any floor protection for most of the home. 3) Furniture items were only wrapped in shrink wrap to protect. Instead of thick blankets and then shrink wrap over the top. Thankfully however, no pieces appear to have sustained any damage during transit. Overall, we were pleased with our move with EOS and the value we received.
