He showed up as promised on Sunday afternoon and about 30 mins later had repaired the issue and made recommendations for other upgrades my home could use. I only had to pay for service call because he explained to me what was needed and suggested me picking it up from Home Depot to save on his repair cost. There is a $10 fee for using debit/credit card for payments, but IMO that menial when a service call is made on a Sunday afternoon a few days before a holiday and the business is located in/near Dunwoody and I live near the airport. Honest, quick replies, punctual and great customer service. I appreciate when a service provider doesn't gauge you on his rates because you're a woman and have no idea of what a 30 amp fuse is. I'd surely call him back for any other electrical needs I have in my home. Dang, I should have asked him to check out the ceiling fan that keeps blowing a light bulb anytime I have the light and ceiling fan going at the same time.

They text me their progress the entire time and a copy of the bill and we're super nice guys didn't even laugh at me for not being able to find the power outlet that actually powered the pool hidden behind the plants by the house.
