I have done business with Brooker Electric in my workplace and home. Three words: HONEST, RELIABLE & EXPERIENCED! In my workplace, they responded quickly to an emergency on an outdoor sign and repaired it. They came back when there was a problem inside one of our old buildings and did troubleshooting to correct a hidden electric problem that showed up in a number of different symptoms. I received a recommendation for Brooker Electric when my GFCI would not reset in the upstairs Master area (bathroom, bedroom power would not go on). I called Brooker and spoke with Gordon. Instead of trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, Gordon had my electricity restored while I was on the phone with him! I told him I had already tried switching the breakers, but clearly I did not do it correctly. I followed his instructions, and the power came back immediately into the Master area. I was so pleased! Great,family owned and quick response reasonable price and honest. I got a live person on the line right away, Gordon the owner listened to my issue and came out pretty quickly. The offered to troubleshoot my problem for a very reasonable price he fixed it for that price too incidentally.He said they would give me a quote for fixing some of the unsafe things they were seeing in the attic. There were wires sitting on insulation not even in boxes and just old obsolete wires hanging about. We are very pleased with everything and will definitely have them come back when needed. read more

This is a great Electric Company. I have used them approximately three times and each time had Excellent service. Their prices are quite reasonable and they have superb customer service. Recently, I called them on the phone and they weren't able to come immediately however to my unbelief Gordon Booker diagnosed the problem on the phone and told me what to do and I fixed it of course with his expertise. Our microwave started tripping the circuit breaker. Called and spoke to the owner, Gordon Brooker. He spent 30 minutes on the phone guiding me through several simple checks to determine whether it was a problem with the breaker panel, electrical outlet or microwave oven. Gordon answered the phone himself, and dispatched Bill to my home in a little more than an hour. Bill was very professional and found my problem within minutes of arrival.
