When I was house-hunting this last time and looking at a potential hot mess in a house I otherwise loved, I called him and asked him to look at it for me to assess the situation. He told me it was more trouble than I wanted, and six months later, I learned that the new owners of the property bulldozed the existing house to start over. Scott does weekend work, tells me no every time I want to do something not up to code, and is hilarious company. Great guy - I definitely recommend.
