A warranty company sent Total Repair Services in Lilburn Georgia personnel Ali to my home to repair a microwave wall unit in September 2017. The technician, Ali collected the service call payment and promised that he will return in days after he received the parts needed to repair my microwave wall unit. Days turned into 4 weeks plus. After several phone calls were made to Total Repair Services, the microwave wall unit was repaired. However, the wall unit was installed incorrectly so I was not able to open my cabinets. I made numerous of phone calls to Total Repair Services to have my microwave wall unit alignment problem fix before Thanksgiving 2017. I received two promises from Ali with specific dates that a technician will stop by my home to fix the problem. Two separate appointment dates were made and no technician showed up. I went through the warranty company to reach Total Repair Services for further help, but they continued to lie to the warranty company personnel. I waited for months, Total Repair Services and Ali never called to schedule an appointment for the repair. In March 2018, I went through a third party to fix the problem with my microwave wall unit. I have a condo that was built in early 80s, so very dated and I did some renovations in the kitchen including new appliances which started tripping my electric breaker box. I came to yelp and sent out requests for estimates for new dedicated outlet and breaker to multiple businesses. Most were very expensive or gave me no real ideas on price. Ali was the only one that said lets take a look at the appliances and all your electric to determine what is best option and best cost; which may not be the new dedicated outlet/breaker route. Ali came out and took a look at it all and found a way to get my tripping issue fixed wiring a new outlet plus upgraded a couple other electrical components for me. Ali is the BEST! We had a cracked toilet tank and a faulty shut off value. I explained to him the situation and that I still had watering leaking so needed someone QUICK. He was booked but STILL found time to squeeze me in. He came over and put in a new toilet and resolved our issues. He told us some additional work we needed to get done and that we could schedule with him to do it when convenient. We plan on using Ali for some more work at our home and at our rental properties! My washer was bouncing all over the kitchen!! I thought it was a loss it was so bad. Called Total Repair and they gave me a time and text when they were on the way. He fixed my machine !! it was just out of balance and he was so polite and helpful he even helped me clean out the mess behind my washer!! Thank you Ali for being so nice.
