Weird, shady. I asked if they service Husqvarna sewing machines. I received a very fast response of…read moreyes they do. Made arrangements to drop the machine off on a specific day and time. Used the address in Yelp, which led me to an apartment complex, which was odd. Asked to confirm the address, in return he asked me for my address. Wrong thing to ask. I said I used the address in yelp and it brought me to an apartment. All of a sudden he says "his manager" misunderstood my request and that they don't service sewing machines. Not legit.

Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived on time as planned. We needed some light fixtures hung and an electric vehicle charger installed. They are honest. We had wanted some can lights put in and they told us up front that since the beams in our ceiling were lined up with the existing light, the cans would be off-centered, so we opted not to do them. This was a majority of the project too. On the lights they did hang, it was efficiently done and priced well below competitors. They were able to give quotes, including for the electrical charger sight-unseen, which many other could not do. And they stuck with the price. I will use them for all my electrical needs going forward.

After an online live chat with LG, we were entered into the compressor replacement program (10 Year Warranty) where we were responsible for the cost of the labor. After locking in $425 on our credit card, they selected an LG authorized repair company near me and sent me a text and email with Primal Appliance, LLC as the selected repair professional. After a few days communicating with Oliver, he arrived at my home with a new, better design LG compressor. He was very professional and got right to it. Within five minutes the old compressor was out and thirty minutes later the new was in and running fine. Other than losing a fridge full of food, the overall experience with Primal Appliance and Oliver was nothing short of perfect. We hope we can get much more than five years on this new compressor but if we have any issues with our appliances, we will call Oliver at Primal.

I called about 5 other places who told me they couldn't come out before landing on AK Appliance repair. They did come out. My initial call was immediately received and I had an appointment booked, with all details included, in about 10 minute. The technician Agazi came out promptly on Saturday as stated. He was as friendly of a person as you'll ever meet and made sure I was aware of all costs associated with this repair step by step. Once agreeing on the quote, which was within $50 of the estimate given on the phone beforehand, Agazi disassembled then reassembled my dryer handily all within about an hour and a half. It was impressive to watch. During the process he was diligent in vacuuming out all of the built up lent that had accumulated while it was accessible , which I greatly appreciated. One thing that stood out to me about Agazi was that he said he was thinking about this repair the night before. I liked knowing that my repair was cared about and planned out days in advance so that everything was done right the first time. When the moment of truth finally came and Agazi went to turn my dryer back on... it dried the first time with no issues. Just fantastic service all the way around. Thanks Agazi and AK Appliance repair.
