There customer service sucks u buy there product and they give me the wrong shocks I ordered . John the sales manager sucks at customer service all they want is your money . Once there product leaves there shop your on ur own . They don't care all they tell u sale the ones u bought from them and they will sell u another pair . And they threaten me in the email to not give them a bad review or they will report you to what ever club your in . I spent a little over $3700 dollars with them and this what I get from them. They gave me rear shocks 3.250 inches to long. When I told them 27 inches . That's the kind of people they have working there . I just dont trust them any more . And they told me oh they have them in stock and they have them ready . On the day they are suppose to have them ready they weren't they had to get the shocks from somewhere else and then have them re-valved for the weight of my jeep . Just terrible service all the way thru and they lied to about them being in stock that shows you how much they care . There just money hungry .in the pics below you will see that due to the wrong (longer)rear shocks I damaged my rear sway bar and sway bar links and also the brackets that were on the frame (oem) from factory were damaged and broken . All they care about is money . Customer service sucks to hell in back . And they don't care . Old saying goes pics are with a thousand words . And here is the proof . They even like to call other people to so watch your back with these people at accutune . BUYER BEWARE !!! read more

I placed an order on line and was unsure about a few things. But one of your sales reps by the name of Justin called me to verify I was ordering the correct parts. with out him calling me and clarifying I definitely would have ordered the wrong parts and quantities. I had no problem spending double the amount of money because of his customer service and knowledge. His service made me feel comfortable in what I was ordering and being sure it will fit and work properly. You guys are lucky to have him on your team! Will do future shopping with you guys because of him. read more

Purchased Fox 2.5 DSC Stage 3A kit from Accutune back in December 2020 and was installed In their shop June 2021. Couldn't be happier with the performance and zero issues to date. Shout out to Alex who helped me through the process from start to finish. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond as I had a lot of questions on what suspension setup would be best for my needs of both on road and off road performance. I initially leaned towards a Kings setup however Alex recommended going with Fox's due to DSC which offered more adjustability and would be better suited for what I was looking for. This was perfect as you can fine tune both low and high speed compression depending on the trail or driving style. As for the install, everything went smoothly and was torqued properly. Didn't encounter any bolts or parts coming loose on the trail and it Definitely recommend Accutune if you're looking for a custom tune and/or install. One stop shop! read more

First of all, great customer service from the whole team especially Kenny Svanoe! Kenny helped me and made sure I felt comfortable with the Accutune Team working on the truck. I dropped off the tacoma in the morning for : Suspension tuning ( accutune goes over with you and your style of driving for the best option tune ), install, and alignment, then picked up in the afternoon. It's been a year since I've gotten my kings tuned/installed by Accutune and I gotta say I am happy with the tune/results! Highly recommend the tune and work from these guys! read more

Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. Their post sales support is as great as their pre-sale support. I had a ton of questions and concerns and Steve put my mind at ease. They have earned a customer and advocate for life. read more

Highly recommend, customer service second to none. Purchased shocks in July and being a DYIer I installed myself but incorrectly. The shock broke due to MY error. Called the guys and they told me it's a common error when installing that broke the shock. They offered to fix it at NO cost and that's not even the best part. They fixed it for me in 4 hours because they knew I needed my truck up and running ASAP. read more

These guys rock period. Called in about some 2.0 resi for my 4xe and Evo 2.5 lift. Steve was awesome and extremely knowledgeable knew exactly what I was after. Was going for the adventure tune but he informed me it would bee too stiff in valving unless I was loading down my rig. Got the shocks in 3 days and he was exactly right! Sent 2 friends and did same thing. I will highly recommend to everyone I speak with in the Off Road world. read more

Exceptional customer service and product quality. I am in the Sacramento area so a lot of communication was via phone or email. Went with the kings 2.5 w/ adjuster for the new tundra and the ride quality is beyond my expectations. Thank you justin and crew! And the tech/video section on website helped clear up some questions I had. read more

The Customer Service that I've experienced is impeccable. John over at Accutune has been nothing but the best to work with. He helped me understand some key flaws in my initial suspension setup and helped me tune the front and rear of my truck to perform really well! read more

I had a pair of Fox 2.5 Factory Race shocks with reservoir and DSC adjusters tuned for my Ford F 350 that carries a truck camper....very heavy. I gave them the axle weight and they tuned the shocks accordingly. What an incredible difference! I've had these kinds of shocks before that were not tuned and it does make a difference. All the contact I had with AccuTune, via email, or over the phone and in person was excellent. Great bunch of people. I only remove a star as they would not install the shocks (they do have at lease one install bay) so I had to find another reputable shop to do the install. I look forward to purchasing and having tuned my new front shocks by them when they come in. read more

I met them at off-road expo and chatted a little bit about what they would recommend. I love that the shocks came pre-tuned and they nailed down the ride that I submitted and more. read more

Could not be happier with the service from AccuTune. Had my Tacoma suspension completely redone, front/rear shocks, leaf springs, upper control arms. As soon as I ordered online I received a phone call reviewing my order, going over it in detail, even making some changes and recommendations to better match my goals. They were patient, explained the rationale, and extremely professional. Wait times for parts during the pandemic were long, but I received almost weekly phone calls checking in with me, updating me on the parts that had been received. Along the way we had to make a some changes as my setup was being modified; no problem, no fuss, they just made it happen with patience and complete understanding. I was incredibly pleased with the buying process so I also had them do the whole installation. Absolutely professional, multiple updates throughout the process, making sure it was completely dialed in the way I wanted it. I'm sure to them, my questions seemed amateur but I am an amateur. These guys are experts but they aren't out to belittle people that know less than them. It's clear their goal is happy customers. I can say without hesitation or hyperbole that ANY further suspension work on my vehicles will go through AccuTune. read more

I am totally new when it comes to suspension but Alex was incredibly helpful the entire way. These guys know what they are doing and do it well. I only trust these guys when it comes to my suspension and will recommend anyone looking into suspension work to these guys. Highly recommend getting service done by them as they will not disappoint. When I dropped off my car everything was done in a timely and professional matter. Thanks so much guys! read more

Great customer service, ask all the questions you need and they have an answer for you with out the sas other companies give you l. definitely recommend!!! read more

Strongly recommend them due to customer service, speedy execution within the committed timeframe, value for the $ spent vs competition I was looking for a while to upgrade my suspension for a 2007 Lexus GX470 I stumbled upon these guys website and the tutorials caught my attention. What you get on vs standard competition is they will custom tune your shocks to your application and vehicle at same price. They sell only high end brands but nowadays every higher brand is around same price and while you could buy them from other places, nobody I could find to do the tuning in the same price. Customer service guys are patient and answer questions and even in this tight times they delivered within committed leadtime. read more

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company. I spent $5k on a lift to have it delayed by four months, one coilover is inop from FOX/Accutune, and the order was partial. I understand everyone uses the "COVID is causing delays" excuse nowadays, but these guys take it to the max - maybe they should wait to take payment until they ship the product? In addition to this, one of my adjustable reservoirs does not adjust; Accutune blames FOX and wants to charge me to have me send it back and have it serviced - who knows how long COVID will cause a delay for that service?? Finally, the kit shows extended rear brake lines; Accutune claims "this is new to the kit after you purchased it" so they want to charge me another $100 for them! All in all, these guys are price gouging and present a headache not worth the price. I am leaving the Accutune stickers on my shocks so that when people ask "is that the company you went through?" I can tell them yes and then advise doing business with ANYONE else. read more

Alex helped me through the whole process from figuring out which kit I needed for my driving style to fixing the package stage once I ordered the wrong one lol Thank you Alex and Accutune! Great service! Quick to respond and answer question! read more

They did some work done on my car I I'm not satisfy try to contact Andres never gets back to me or he don't pick up my calls what can I do.

These guys are the true experts! Got my King 2.5's valved from Accutune and they ride amazing! Not only did they tune them but they also adjusted my coilovers to the perfect heights for comfort and performance. Maxing out your shocks is not ideal and I'm happy that I went with their recommendations! My Tacoma has never driven better! Go to these guys to get the most out of your suspension. Their knowledge and customer service is top of the line. read more
