It was over the weekend but I got a response!! I texted him a picture and he said he would get back to me the following Monday. Fast forward-- I took the sofa cushion in that day, along with another sofa cushion for "color match". Today, Thursday, I picked it up and it is perfect. It looks brand new, like there was never a ballpoint pen near it. I can not rave and recommend Mike and Jonathon (who Mike said did the actual work) highly enough. In addition to the great work they do, they are such nice people. And, although it was such a long drive for me (Carlsbad to Lakeside), the drive on 52 East was beautiful.
