The body shop quotes all included repainting the roof, even though there wa teh smallest scratch or chip. Rick looked at the car, saw the minor paint ding, and rubbed it right off. He later decided to try and extort more money out of me $1700, even though my insurance paid him $28000 for the damages to my car. He keeps saying he did me a favor, but what favor is that? Not sending in the supplement for the car until 45 days later until after you were 95% done fixing the car? Just so the insurance would have to pay him the money. He's keeping my car until the lease is up. He told me he would release my car to me even if the insurance check doesn't come in yet. But he decided to keep my car until he has the check in his hand. Which he has it, but won't admit it just so he can keep the car from me. Be careful! Do not come here.
