Her cell phone was off so I got worried and just decided to called the store. The employee Andrea answered and was so unbelievably sweet and offered to look around the store for her. When she saw my Grandmother wasn't there she even offered to check the surveillance footage. Turns out my Grandma stopped at a different store first and walked in as Andrea and I were on the phone. Haha. So all is good and I just felt the need to leave a good review for the customer service that was provided. It's not often you get to meet someone so genuinely nice like that. I…read moreregularly get Depo administered at CVS Minute Clinics so I was shocked that I was denied a service provided at the Minute Clinic due to a service provider's beliefs. I can understand exercising conscientious objection if you work at a private practice but the CVS Minute Clinic is not that. There was not another provider on staff who could administer Depo for me. Asserting her religious objection to fulfilling her professional obligation negatively impacted my health and access to care. As a medical provider, it is her duty to do no harm yet her refusal to administer Depo caused harm. Medical providers have a responsibility to respect patient autonomy. I have no qualms with her personal beliefs but allowing her beliefs to interfere with her professional duties, as a CVS employee, limits access to care. She should find alternative employment as she expected me to find alternative care.

They will text me that my order will be ready by a certain day and time, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is never ready when I arrive even hours after was promised to have been filled. Some of the staff are not professional and are argumentative. I have to tell them every month, DO NOT CALL OR TEXT ME REFILL REMINDERS! I ONLY want notifications WHEN MEDICATION IS READY FOR PICKUP! They will remove me from their little cold call list, but then the next month I am put right back on their calling list! I have advised them numerous times, I am on a doctor approved alternate schedule than how my script is written, and today one of the reps tried to tell me that they "have to follow-up PER MY INSURANCE for compliance reasons" This is a bold face lie! I have spoken to both my insurance company AND doctor, and Walgreens is NOT in charge of my dosing schedule, that is between my doctor and I alone, my doctor has the right to prescribe off label and/or change my dosage at anytime, and my insurance does not get involved nor should Walgreens be involved in the matter. The kicker is, this particular medication the Walgreens rep lied to me about and said she had to call me for "insurance compliance reasons", isn't even a medication that has EVER been covered by my insurance! LOL. I have to pay out of pocket for this one, my insurance has ZERO to do with it, and I also haven't taken this medication in months, because I switched over to a similar product instead. So just a straight up LIE from this Walgreens Pharmacy "tech" . They should not be making unverified, nor especially UNTRUE statements to customers.. Unless you absolutely must, save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at ALL costs!

There's really no method as to figuring out if a particular location will have great flowers unless you walk into that store to take a look for yourself! As we were parking my hubby said oh no you're not going to find any nice flowers here... love to have the last word, lol! The flower section is on the smaller side but everything is so fresh with a very nice variety to choose from!
