Great service eveytime, large selection of cases, the staff is super friendly and they have great prices as well. The military discount doesnt hurt either! read more

I went in this store yesterday to see about getting my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced and was quoted $175 which is cheaper than the competitor in Vacaville but unfortunately it's almost $50 more expensive than Apple. When I told the guy working there Apple does screen replacements for $129 he said that was only if you have Apple care or Apple care plus. I called Apple, my phone does NOT have Apple care or Apple care plus and it was $129 to fix it. So... If you're willing to make the drive (I already had dinner plans in Sacramento) then it's worth it. Not only was it cheaper at Apple but their calibration machine happen to be down and therefore they gave me a new phone instead, luckily I backed up my phone before. Other than service replacement the store looked nice and had lots of accessories. read more

The woman who helped me was delightful and very informative. She gave me some great advice on cases and on how to fix my cracked iPhone 6s phone. (Hint: they're the cheapest place in Vacaville!) I will be back for the protective glass for my phone and tablet. Ended up with a really cute case for my phone. Bonus: they have an adorable kid! read more

I had a great experience with this store. I worked with Jerome who replaced the screen on my iPad mini. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I need accessories or service on any of my devices in the future, I'll be coming back here. Thanks! read more

I dropped my iphone 6 and the screen shattered. I called the Apple store to see how much it would cost to fix without Apple care ($129) and the next available appointment was in a week. Not to mention having to drive to Sacramento during heavy traffic. No thanks! I looked for a place in town that could fix my phone and this place had really good reviews. The guys were great! They replaced my screen in 30 minutes! And the repair cost me less than $100. They had a huge selection of cases and they gave me a discount on a screen protector. I definitely recommend this place. read more

If you're looking for a place to fix your phone fast, and at an affordable price! THIS IS THE PLACE. I came here to get an iphone 6 fixed they did a diagnostic because we weren't sure if the screen was the only thing wrong with it. They fixed it and when we picked it up they tested it(fingerprint button, call, etc) Which made me even love this place even more!! We even bought a case for the heck of it! They have so many fun & various cases!! read more

Just took an iPad in because it stopped charging. Owners are a couple, very friendly. They diagnosed it and took a piece that broke off at the charging spot, free of charge. Highly recommend it! read more

My boyfriend and I came here to replace his cracked phone screen for his iPhone 6plus. We walked in without expecting anything more than standard service. We were automatically greeted upon entering the store by the owners. They said it would take half an hour for the screen to be fixed but it felt like it was less than that. They also noticed that there was something partially blocking the front camera and they fixed it without any extra fees. Overall, the experience was amazing for what was expected! I highly recommend this place! read more

Very friendly staff and good service, more on the expensive side but very good repair job on cracked screen.

My teenage daughter dropped her I Phone 5 and five minutes later, she was on the phone inquiring about the repair cost. We got there about 30 minutes before they close and we got the phone repaired in no time. The shop is super organized and clean, the service is excellent, even the owners' toddler has great PR skills! The price is very reasonable. For 90 bucks, my daughter's shattered phone looked brand new again. Plus it comes with one year warranty! I trust this business and would highly recommend this. Check out their wide selection of accessories! Thank you The Accessory Stop for the wonderful experience of doing business with you! More power! read more

The customer service is okay, but the phone cases are kind of crappy. I bought two the other day and the skin on it started peeling off already. And I do not like how I can't return it and get my money back. All sales are final which sucks. read more

Super fast and friendly!!! It shows a lot about a business person when they ask your name and use it throughout the service....a small detail that goes a long way with me! I'd definitely recommend them. I had a shattered iPhone 6 screen and I was in and out within 15 min, under $100. Awesome experience. Thanks! read more

This place had the best customer service and worked so quickly. I went in to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and they were willing to help. They were reasonably priced for the job and fixed it in twenty minutes. While waiting I browsed around the store and they have endless phone cases. With my purchase of the repair I got discounted screens and cases to protect the phone. The repair guy was so willing to help and knew exactly what he was doing. They also guarantee their work for six months if anything goes wrong with your screen. He told me they use Apple screens which made me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service. If you want to buy a case please dont go to a cell phone carrier store. Go here! The phone cases at a cell phone store are so expensive and you have to wait in huge lines. This store is the exact opposite of that. I have sent many friends and family members to this store to buy cell phone accessories and they all have said the same thing....."Great customer service and great prices." We are lucky to have a store like this in Vacaville. read more

i particularly dont like their service. i've been in their store on multiple occasions. they are rude and snarky to their customers. in my opinion, not the best store read more

What a breath of fresh air! My daughter's Android S5 had charging issues. I went to iParts and Phone repair. I was greeted by Jerome. He quickly took on the task of trouble shooting the phone. He found that the phone and the cord had no issues. It was the defective device that that connected the cord to the outlet. Jerome charged me nothing. Over a year ago, my son had the same problem on a newer phone, then later had a cracked screen. We used the other repair place nearby and was told the soldering was bad on the phone. After paying for their work, the phone never charged correctly again. I didn't want to go back and deal with more work. They were expensive. I never had a good feel for that business. As for iParts and Phone Repair, it has a feel of a real, legitimate business. Check it out for yourself. Just waiting for my daughter to get off work so she can go back and buy some charging accessories. read more

won't go anywhere else for phone repairs or accessories. solid customer service and quick turn around time for a good price. 10/10 would go again. confirmed. read more
