The worst plumber charged 3000. To fix a broken pipe. Ed Metz put half cash in his pocket so dishonest!

We have worked with Jason for over 6 years now. He is our go-to for all our plumbing needs. He is honest, dependable, hard working, and is very well priced. He has replaced a toilet, fixed leaks (old house, not his fault), installed a water filtration system, new hot water heater, and garbage disposal. He had also talked me through fixing things myself. He is a great person to have for helping us keep our house a home. read more

A plumber from Access plumbing came to our house to fix our touchless faucet because the sensor was going haywire. He seemed professional and was pleasant upon arrival even though he was a little hard to understand. He told us that the control box for our faucet needed to be repaired and it would take a little while to determine if a replacement control box could be located. Since it would be a couple of weeks that we would be without a faucet, he suggested a temporary faucet and we were thrilled to learn that we wouldn't have to be without a kitchen faucet. He quickly installed the faucet. As soon as he was done, I asked when he thought we might know if the control box could possibly be replaced and he switched things up. He said that the faucet that he put on was now my new faucet. I was absolutely confused...I wanted to fix my expensive touchless faucet not to have some off-Brand warehouse faucet instead. Now Access Plumbing and Sergio refuse to pick up the phone to even discuss the matter and they won't return my phone calls. Not the professionals that I thought they were at all! read more

Jason got called out to my place by our building manager as he was the only one available on a Sunday (seems like a recurring theme in these reviews), we had sewage coming up into our guest bath shower from the drain when the toilet was flushed in that bathroom. Jason quickly accessed the problem and had the toilet off in a couple minutes. He snaked 100' into the sewer line to clear the blockage, replaced the toilet and cleaned up the mess well. Jason and his buddy Luis were both nice and professional. Highly recommended. read more

Access plumbing is efficient and professional! We had a slab leak and feared the worst. Jason from Access plumbing came in and gave us a great referral to Goldak, a leak detection company. They too were efficient and professional. Once the leak was detected, Jason came in and made quick work of the problem. Everything was covered under our home owner's insurance due to Jason's plumbing savvy. We were really impressed with his top notch performance and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied customer! read more

Jason is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. He's here right now doing a drain. He recently changed out a garbage disposal for me.

Jason is my go to guy from now on! I have a few rental units in the area and was turned on to Jason by a property management company who doesn't even use these guys but recommended them based on their reputation alone. (No kickbacks) There's something to be said about a plumber who comes out, solves your problem for pennies on the dollar, and you genuinely have a feeling they have your best interests at heart. I wish I could do more to promote these guys. read more

We had a complete stoppage in one of our units in Torrance for the past two days. After getting various plumbers out, no one was able to fix the problem. We made a last ditch effort in trying to find a plumber to come out on a Sunday to fix the problem. We called Jason and he came right away and fixed the problem in 20 mins. This guy is great. read more

We had called several plumbers on a Sunday due to a loud leak under our slab floor. One said he didn't do that kind of work, one put us off for a couple of days, one didn't answer (24 hour plumber). We called Jason, was out of town, said he be by in a few hours. Long story short, he found the multiple leaks, re-routed pipes to avoid jack hammering the concrete floors, and it works great. He explained what he was doing the whole way, his helpers were nice too. Will be calling him soon for more work to be done. read more

"Jason is my "go to" guy. I have never trusted a plumber or certainly had one I could depend on, until now. Jason is not only fairly priced, but I am getting first rate service. Whenever I have called and lately I have had some real emergencies, he not only rushed over, he offered advice and his services to protect me from getting ripped off by other service people in my home. He is not only fast, but always close and makes me feel like I'm his only customer. That is priceless. Look no further this is your guys." He not only have saved me a ton of money, he has come out on the weekend for the same price. When you have a leak time is everything and he comes quickly to the rescue. I love having him on my team and recommending him. My search is over. Plus, when I needed painters and other experts he found them for me and they all delivered the same high quality that he has. A true gem. read more

We had a stopped-up drain in our back yard, and it was forming a small lake during last week's rain storm. We were referred to Jason at Access Plumbing by a friend, and we gave him a call. As luck would have it, Jason was on his way back from a job in Orange County, and he came right over within an hour of our call. Jason did as much as he could that first visit, and his efforts improved the drainage and solved our immediate problem. He returned the following week with some heavy duty equipment to finish the clean out, and he also did some preventative work on our sewer drain (at my request). His price for all this good work was reasonable and fair. I would characterize him as honest, responsive, and very capable. We will use him again for our preventive or corrective plumbing work. read more

Jason has done 2 jobs for me and I was really impressed. Not only was he on time, he worked very quickly. They give good serve, but only one thing the parts they I wouldn't recommend. They install a water heater after market. Didn't know until the heater went out. Tried to get the warranty from the manufacturer and they asked me for the serial number and the da Damn thing had a black marker written over it. Who know where they got it from but had it all ready to go. Makes me think they bought it from the black marker. So to who ever hires these guys for a job.please ask them for statements from the store. read more

I called Access Plumbing when I discovered a possible hot water leak in the slab of the house. After attempting to get help from several different plumber and contractors Access (Jason) was very helpful, recommending an expert diagnostic service to locate the leak precisely before deciding on how to repair it (repair in the slab or reroute). Once the technician located it in the morning, Jason and his helper were on site within an hour to excavate and locate the failed pipe. They were most careful to keep dust under control and avoided damaging adjacent tile. Within three hours he found the leak and had it fully exposed and ready for repair. The repair itself was quick and professional, and he checked to verify no other leaks were present. Throughout Jason was prompt to his scheduled time and kept me appraised of any changes or issues. I highly recommend this service provider. read more

I used this company because they were a service provider in my Old Republic Home Warranty Plan. I was a little skeptical because I could not find any reviews on them and the last plumber who came to my home busted my pipe with his snake. Access Plumbing came out to repair the other plumbers mistake and although the service technician answers his own calls and makes his own appointments I gave them a 4-star because of how FAST and GOOD they were. Jason and Mark came out, unclogged the drain (that the other plumber couldn't do - while they were damaging the pipe) and found the leak in my ceiling all in a matter of minutes. They were professional and skilled. I don't usually write reviews but felt strongly enough about them to put it down in writing. Jason also referred a wall patcher and had a vast list of resources that were helpful. I highly recommend them. The only reason they didn't get 5-stars is because they were a little messy (but it was very late at night and they accommodated me at a horrible hour so I don't blame them for wanting to get home to their families). read more
