Oh boy... where do I even start?…read more I had a mirror I picked up a couple of years ago--great quality, originally from a dresser--however it didn't speak to my space and ultimately, I was on the verge of parting ways with it. Unexpectedly, I thought up a project to salvage the mirror while adding character to my space and needed to remove the mirror from its frame. This felt risky to do on my own. After searching for frame shops, I came across Eco Framing and gave them a call. Eric answered and immediately said he'd be happy to help. They treated my project with care, removed the frame from the mirror for me and wrapped it safely so I could take it home to continue the next steps. Moreover, I have been to 3 framers for a very special custom piece and never went through with the order because of poor designs and awful customer service. Devondre did what they couldn't due in 15 minutes and I gladly paid $600 for this one special piece. They've probably printed at least 50 photos from my iPhone with the largest at 20" x 20". Melissa will always take the time and show you your print request before you leave the store. They keep it stocked enough but I wish they had more stock of the smart vinyl for the cricut xtra. No worries! I make it work with the other types. They also have a fair selection of frames that seem to always be on sale. I love coming in for the different seasons because they always have fun holiday merch. The employees are friendly in the front but I wish there was more staff to assist on the floor. Parking lot can get full on the weekends ( I think because it's really close to Ross ) so I prefer to come during the week.
