We have Pool World come in every summer to vacuum, scrub, balance chemicals, and so forth so we can use it. Two weeks after that service this year, the silt was so heavy on the pool floor, both in the shallow and the deep end, that we were reluctant to swim and stir up the stuff. I called Pool World and asked for a complimentary service visit to make it right. No way, the manager Brenda told me. She would not budge.
