I'd also like to mention his speech therapists, Ms. Dana and Ms. Jena, and Mr. Joseph (OT therapist) to who have been such an important part of his progress. They've taken the time to get to know my son, incorporate his interests into each session, and keep him engaged and motivated to learn. They also do a great job keeping us involved by sharing his progress after each session and giving us ideas for what we can continue working on at home. Watching my son grow in his communication skills has been incredibly rewarding. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. My 8 year old daughter was being teased about not being able to say her R's. Adults and children…read morealike would mimic her speech and a rude child on the soccer field pointed out the irony that her name had R's in it but she couldn't say them. Her name begins and ends with R, and she began to avoid saying her name when introducing herself or when people would ask her name. This broke my heart and solidified the need to seek speech therapy. She began therapy in February 2024 with Mikayla, and by October/November she had made drastic improvements in the ability to say R's but the habit of saying R sounds the old way was hard to break. It is now January 2025 and our insurance has changed so she is no longer able to attend therapy, but I am so happy to report that she has now mostly broken the habit of saying R's the old way all on her own without reminders, and most importantly can confidently say her own name. I also want to thank Karen for her diligence in working with my insurance company getting the claims paid. Without her extra work getting sessions covered we would not have been able to afford services. I am so grateful to Let's Talk Speech & Language Therapy for helping my daughter.

Parents beware, I am a mother of a three-year-old autistic child. We have been very disappointed…read morewith Love 2 Learn consulting company. They lack communication within their own company. Scheduling does not communicate well with the staff. They will tell you one thing and do another. We finally found a BI that worked well with my son. We worked with her for a year and she had connected with my son. He was finally making progress. However, my husband's insurance was terminated. I clearly communicated with Love 2 Learn about our situation. I reached out to OC regional to get funding for sessions immediately. Love 2 Learn told me they would give us two weeks before they would replace the BI with another case. I had funding from OC regional in less than two weeks however, Scheduling did not communicate with the staff and the BI was already removed from our case. This was very disheartening for our family. I did speak with Ruben, after being informed that the BI was no longer on our case. He informed me that most of the time OC regional takes longer than two weeks and that they had miscommunicated inside of their facility. I let him know that I worked my but off to get funding and I even hand-delivered the paperwork to OC regional to get the process going fast faster. I continue to follow up with Love 2 Learn about the process, however they didn't communicate within their company. Ruben, did not offer to give us the BI back even though it was their fault for the miscommunicates. I have the Text messages to prove it. He told us that they have other BI that would work great with my child and they wanted to move his session to the afternoon. I was disappointed, I never asked to move session to the afternoons and my son does better in the morning. Honestly, I had an hard time believing that they had someone better to replace the BI I worked so hard to keep. Autistic children have a hard time connecting with people and when they finally do connect and you just take the connection away it's not easy for them to reconnect with someone else. Prior to this BI We had multiple BI that did not work out. Mostly because of the hight turnover. I've even had to report one of those BI for doing insurance fraud and time clock fraud. After she repeatedly claimed hours and they billed our insurance for dates she was not here. She was terminated from the company after I reported her, but imagine how many times she got away with it before being caught.

We've been working with speech therapists at Intuitive Kids for about five months for my two…read morechildren (ages 5 and 7), and the progress has been incredible. Both kids are so much more confident when they speak, and they're noticeably more aware of the sounds they're making. I get regular updates about each of their progress through phone calls and reviewing reports that are completed after each session through their online portal. The convenience is a huge plus -- sessions take place during school hours, which makes our lives so much easier. Over the summer, the speech therapists were very flexible and offered virtual sessions at times that worked perfectly for our schedule. Overall, the support and impact have been outstanding. If you're looking for skilled, caring, and flexible speech therapists, I highly recommend the team at Intuitive Kids!
