To highlight: Our therapy team is headed by Marisa, who is our supervisor. Marisa does an outstanding job at creating goals and making adjustments as needed. She has worked closely with my husband and I since the very beginning and has offered invaluable support for our daughter. From attending IEP meetings to ensuring that our daughter not only achieves her goals, but masters them, Marisa has been a Godsend. Our other BTs are Johannah, Tiffany, and Crystal. The field of behavioral therapy is particularly challenging, with a very high turnover rate, and we have been incredibly blessed with therapists who pour their heart and soul into their jobs despite how demanding--and challenging--the industry itself is. We have had other therapists in the past--also from Spectrum--and the level of education and care is consistent. My daughter needed ABA services in her private Montessori school. Over the last two years we have had a few different BCBAs and BTs on our case that all had to go through additional background checks just to enter the school and work with my daughter. They then spent many hours in discussions with myself and the school staff to craft a therapy plan that would work in the school environment, which had a significant numbers of rules that were particularly challenging for ABA. The staff at Behavior Frontiers never gave up, never phoned it in, and always gave everything they had to ensure my daughter was getting what she needed. They gave professional advice whilst also letting me feel like I can make whatever choice is right for my daughter. That is a fine line to walk sometimes but I always appreciated the honest feedback. There were a handful of times when I didn't think a BT was the right fit with my daughter or I didn't like a specific technique being used and their BCBAs never made me explain why, they simply made the necessary change and asked for feedback if I was comfortable. The value that Behavior Frontiers has contributed to my life cannot be calculated. My daughter has improved with so many of her goals and my whole extended family now knows how to communicated with her on her terms. But this place is a nightmare due to poor communication between staff members and scheduling department is incompetent. I have to call multiple times just to make sure our session location was changed or to cancel a session. There's been countless time the changes don't go through even after calling many times about the same scheduling issue! They're working with special needs family and we're very busy but they can't even get scheduling right the first time.

Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement.
