From the moment he started with SBT, he made tremendous progress in developing his communication and language skills, as well as managing his behavior. What stands out most is how deeply the BTs and supervisors genuinely care about their clients. They treated my son with the same level of patience, warmth, and dedication as if he were their own child. They went above and beyond by giving him toys and gifts that made him feel special, and they wrote personalized, fun social stories tailored just for him. They also came up with creative ways to keep him engaged and teach him how to work as part of a team. They knew exactly how to balance gentle encouragement and authentic affection with firm, consistent boundaries to help him thrive. The clinical direction and leadership were exceptional throughout our entire journey. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the supervisors were quick to follow up, listen attentively, and proactively adjust his goals to keep everything moving in the right direction without missing a beat. A very special shout-out to his incredible team: Kim, Alexyss, Karly, Kayley, Nathan, Joycelyn, and Stephanie. Each one of them brought so much vibrant energy, passion, and enthusiasm into my son's daily routine, literally bringing color into his life. They were the ones on the ground making the absolute biggest impact on his growth and development, and we will forever be grateful to all of them for the foundation they helped build for his future!

Her name begins and ends with R, and she began to avoid saying her name when introducing herself or when people would ask her name. This broke my heart and solidified the need to seek speech therapy. She began therapy in February 2024 with Mikayla, and by October/November she had made drastic improvements in the ability to say R's but the habit of saying R sounds the old way was hard to break. It is now January 2025 and our insurance has changed so she is no longer able to attend therapy, but I am so happy to report that she has now mostly broken the habit of saying R's the old way all on her own without reminders, and most importantly can confidently say her own name.
