Anakaren, Miriam and Alma have all super helpful is finding availability, cancel or adding sessions and answering any questions you may have. Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. She has helped him so much and continues to help him accomplish milestones every session. She has best patience of any therapist that has worked with my son. My daughter needed ABA services in her private Montessori school. Over the last two years we have had a few different BCBAs and BTs on our case that all had to go through additional background checks just to enter the school and work with my daughter. They then spent many hours in discussions with myself and the school staff to craft a therapy plan that would work in the school environment, which had a significant numbers of rules that were particularly challenging for ABA. The staff at Behavior Frontiers never gave up, never phoned it in, and always gave everything they had to ensure my daughter was getting what she needed. They gave professional advice whilst also letting me feel like I can make whatever choice is right for my daughter. That is a fine line to walk sometimes but I always appreciated the honest feedback. There were a handful of times when I didn't think a BT was the right fit with my daughter or I didn't like a specific technique being used and their BCBAs never made me explain why, they simply made the necessary change and asked for feedback if I was comfortable. The value that Behavior Frontiers has contributed to my life cannot be calculated. My daughter has improved with so many of her goals and my whole extended family now knows how to communicated with her on her terms. My only complaint is the turnaround my child has had in ABA BTs, but I don't necessarily think that's something that is Corticas fault, it seems like it's something general for the field, at all facilities. My child's Supervising staff has been great to work with. They LOVE their SLP, and they have really been enjoying OT, both of those services don't seem to have as high of a turnover, which is great. I have seen a lot of growth with my child. I think the quality of services is great and I appreciate that we can do everything all at 1 place.
