You order your food and wait a little bit, but I thought it was worth the wait. I ordered the chicken platter with fries and a side salad. The portions were really generous. The fries came out hot and crispy, and the chicken was extremely flavorful. It looked like there were onions and peppers mixed in with it, and it was honestly really, really good. The salad was good too, and the dressing was delicious. I also got the baklava, which I really enjoyed. The only thing I would mention is the pricing. The TVs inside showed the platter for around $11.99 or $12.99, but when I paid it was a couple dollars more. I did notice a sign underneath the TVs saying that the screens were frozen and to refer to the paper menu for current pricing. The problem is, I only saw one paper menu and it was underneath the TV, so it wasn't really obvious. I think having paper menus available for customers would make more sense. That being said, even with the updated pricing, I didn't think it was unreasonable. I can definitely see how someone could be frustrated by seeing one price on the screen and then being charged another, but for me it wasn't a huge difference or a dealbreaker. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back. Everything I ordered was good, the portions were generous, and the food had a lot of flavor.

The space itself is small, with limited indoor seating, though there are a few tables available outside. Staff are friendly and efficient, and they're happy to customize bowls to your preference. We tried the Nutella Acai Bowl and a Mango Bowl. The acai held up well without melting too quickly, and paired nicely with the bananas and other toppings on the Nutella bowl. The granola was fresh and added a satisfying crunch. Overall, the bowls were flavorful, refreshing, and a great option for a quick healthy bite.

My favorite thing to get is a "build your own bowl," which I load up with fix-ins and toppings to complement the raw fish kick. The staff here are very friendly - the young man and woman are always working hard, and it's really awesome that they can always greet customers with such enthusiasm. If you're timid about building your own poké, they have signature bowls you can choose from on their menu. The large bowl is extremely filling, and they don't skimp on the protein scoops. Generally, I mix tuna, salmon and shrimp on sushi rice. Cucumber, mango, jalapeños and edamame are a must in terms of adding color and more flavor to the bowl. Green onions, pickled ginger, masago and kani salad are awesome to top off the bowl, and avocado when I want to splurge. The chojang sauce is my favorite one to toss everything together, and wonton crisps and shredded nori will forever be my go-to crunchy toppings. So there you have my custom bowl - not to sound biased, but I think you'll love it if you try it. The service is excellent - I've never had a problem with my order. The team members take their time, and the hospitality is great. They're happy to explain menu items or offer new suggestions, which I really appreciate as an indecisive but particular person. I commend them for holding down the fort and serving clients - very impressive, and I can only imagine switching between making drinks and building bowls. Speaking of, I appreciate how they have Loose Leaf, the boba shop, inside Pokemoto as well to fuel the bubble tea cravings. Everything here (and there) is high quality (stay tuned for my Loose Leaf review), and I enjoy the matchacado smoothie with boba a lot. I'm a wee bit worried about cleanliness in the dining areas at times, but it's not the end of the world (a napkin would do), and the recent times I've grabbed something from Pokemoto, I've taken it to go. I understand the establishment is more fast casual, and it can be tough to keep up at times - this is more of a reflection on past patrons who may not see the line of crumbs or utensil sleeves they leave behind. Overall, I love this location - ample parking and seating. I think it would also be nice to have seats for solo visitors and couples (at times I feel bad occupying a booth that could fit at least six people) - it would be cool if the boba shop was set up cafe style for longer stays (will gladly order 3 matchacados in one "WFH" session).

The bowls are in the price range of about 12-16 bucks, depending on what extra toppings and which bowl you get, and they're very worth it! My coworkers and boss order regularly from the Playa Bowls in Concord NH. I stopped in at the Framingham location recently. Upon entering the store, the older person at the register kept asking me if I had a pickup order, but I kept saying I needed to place an order. After short back and forth, I was finally able to place my order. I ordered the Coco Berry Bowl ($12 plus tax) in person and scanned my Playa Bowls app for points. The Playa Bowls app charges a service fee for online ordering, which is a pet peeve. Out of principle, I order in person here. I watched my bowl being made to order shortly after placing my order and it was bagged and ready within 7 minutes. There is table seating adjacent to the long counter. The Coco Berry Bowl was very sweet, comprised of raw coconut, banana, coconut milk base topped with granola, blueberries, strawberries, and honey. This cold sweet coconut bowl I ordered was a pretty good treat, though the Pura Vida Acai Bowl is still my favorite at Playa Bowls.
