All around great electrician. Responded quickly, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and professionally. You couldn't ask for anything more from a company. Overall great experience from start to finish. These guys won't price gauge you try to upsell you either. Not only am I using this company for any future needs, I also HIGHLY Recommend them to others. THANK YOU AC/DC. read more

Stefan installed a power outlet in a very tricky place in the back of a 140 year-old fireplace and did an amazing job. He also installed ceiling lighting, a ceiling fan, power outlets and switches in a renovated home gym area, and ran 230V power to a mini-split heat pump unit. All of his work was top-notch, his pricing was fair and honest, he was great about communication, and very diligent about getting everything done on schedule. I've had probably 5 different electricians do work in my house and Stefan was definitely the best! read more

Don't think twice, just hire AC/DC. Stefan provided the lowest quote and was able to come out the very next day. He was extremely prompt and communicative. We had an issue with the ladder being too short, but he found a ladder that would work, was back the very next day and got the job done. I could not be more pleased with his work, and will definitely call him again next time. read more

Very happy with AC/DC, Stephan, his work, follow up and pricing. We needed to update some old lights and failed wiring in our practice. First, we reached out to a number of electricians requesting estimates. Stephan was quick to respond and offered a convenient time to meet. His estimate was thorough, clear, and fair. He recommended a great solution and timetable. Within a short few days he was able to do the work in a timely, quick and professional way. He even did some touch up painting around the newly installed exterior lights. The job site was also cleaned and left in perfect condition. The job looked great except for one of the back security lights it seems that the inside wiring was faulty and did not provide power. Stephan was quick to follow up and came right out to find and fix the problem. We couldn't be happier or give a higher recommendation to Stephan and AC/DC Electric. read more

Stefan did outstanding quality work installing an exterior 240V outlet for an EV charger, he explained everything very clearly, and cleaned up after he finished. I had an issue last week where I had partial power in my apartment. Stefan was very responsive and was able to come the very next day. He arrived on time and was very helpful and professional. He walked me through options on what we could potentially do as a fix. In the end, he was able to fix the issue without it being a huge expense which was amazing and I was very thankful for. I am still going to consider a more long term fix that Stefan suggested, and would definitely use him for that work as well. read more

Stephan was great! Came out same day! Was quick and did an amazing job! Highly recommended! Will call again.

I was very happy with the service. Stefan was knocking out my project quickly, then stopped to inform me one of my bathroom sconces wasn't connected to an electrical box. He could have just replaced the sconce and I wouldn't have known, but he showed me, went to the store to pick up a box to install it properly, and at no additional cost. read more

Wow, fast response, easy communication and great work. Replaced an old bathroom fan that to me seemed a little tricky to get old one out and new one to fit. Stefan did it in 45 minutes. Arrived on time, work quietly and quickly. Going to have him do a light fixture too. Thank you. Highly recommend him. read more

AC/DC responded quickly with a reasonable quote to install an EV charger in a detached garage. Stefan came out next day to evaluate the job and confirm the quote, and he was able to confirm he was available to complete the install same week. Installation was professional, done within the time he estimated, and everything was cleaned and looking better than new when he wrapped up. Highly recommended and will use AC/DC for any other electrical needs I have! read more

He worked with us and our busy schedule and spent the entire day making sure the job was done correctly and up to our standards. Stefan was extremely professional and we are more than pleased with our new lights and the excellent service we got on this project. I will be reaching out to Stefan with any electrical needs in the future. Thank you, Stefan! read more

I will absolutely be calling Stefan anytime I have an electrical issue. All of the companies advertise "24 hour same day service" and it's not true. Stefan is the exception to that. I was having smoke detector issues and he was able to come fix it two hours after I called. He was prompt and quick. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was also super friendly and professional. Thank you again!! read more

I received a follow up call from Stefan today. I accepted the attempt to apologize even though he blamed the incident on a "new employee". I don't believe he realizes that the cellphone # he called from was the same as Sunday and it was the same voice and tone used (minus the 4-letter words). He again offered to perform free work (which he stated on the previous review no one would ever offer such from AC/DC). I realize that the goal was not to offer a truthful apology but to ask me to remove my review. I explained that I will not remove my review because it was a truthful and accurate description of my encounter. I understand times are hard. That is exactly why we all need to be honest with ourselves and kind to others. I will continue to wish your establishment well but I will not be contacting or recommending for any electrical needs. Have a great day. I hope you are able to discuss professionalism with your "employees". Any additional phone calls to me will be considered harassment. read more

Fantastic! They we're prompt and quick and completed my project perfectly!!

I had some wall lights at my house I wanted to remove, but I wasn't sure how to handle myself since they were hardwired. AC/DC Electrical handled my request in a timely manner (same week I reached out). Stefan was very kind and even ran to Home Depot to help me address a couple of other unforeseen issues with loose outlets. The service was also fairly priced and cost effective when compared to other quotes I got. I highly recommend hiring AC/DC for their services! read more

Stefan came out to install a 240V outlet for an EV charger. He's probably done this 1000 times but he was thorough and patient in explaining to me what I needed to know. Overall, very happy with his services and will be using him for all my electrical needs! read more

Chose AC/DC based on Yelp reviews when we were looking to replace our kitchen cabinet puck lights with LED lighting and we're glad we did! Stefan was great - responded quickly to our inquiry, communicated well about scheduling the installation, quoted a price and job duration which were spot on, and showed up on time. He put in LED lighting similar to what was on his website (which is worth checking out to get a sense of options). He was professional, no-nonsense, and really easy to work with. We're likely to have other lighting and electrical needs for our condo and we will not hesitate to call on Stefan and AC/DC Electrical Construction. read more

They arrived on time for the estimate, quickly assessed the installation I wanted them to do (EV Charging Station) and sent me a competitive estimate the same day. They were able to begin the work almost immediately, arrived on time, were respectful of our property and belongings, and were thorough, quiet, and professional throughout. They cleaned up after the work they performed and had an excellent work ethic. read more

We were warned by homeowner friends when we moved into our new home that a good electrician is hard to find. We didn't realize this until our power kept glitzing and turning off in the basement whenever we have space heaters on. Did a yelp search and got numerous quotes but Stefan's from AC/DC was the most reasonable. He came and assessed the problem, replaced burnt-out hazardous outlets and advised us to get baseboard heaters. He came back to install them and create a separate circuit breaker a week later. We are very happy with the work he's done, and we didn't lose an arm and a leg with the price he charged. Yes! We found a good electrician. He's definitely a keeper. read more

We bought an older property that needed a major electrical update and everything brought up to code. Stefan took his time and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was timely, polite, and very informative. His pricing was fair and fit our budget nicely. He was right on schedule and had everything done within a super convenient timeframe. We'll be sure to give him a call back for any of our future projects. I would highly recommend giving Stefan at AC/DC a call for any electrical needs! read more

A+ work on my condo! We had some wiring issues and our lights in our kitchen would never turn on fully. We reached out to AC/DC and they responded in a timely manner and were also very friendly. You can tell they are trying to save you money, while fixing the issues and aren't like companies that are just looking for a quick buck. They fixed our kitchen wiring and now I can see while I'm cooking again! They also looked at a few things in the bathroom while they were here and were looking forward to having them come back. Thanks so much!!! read more
