Since we were new to this house, it was important to make sure the electrical work was done to code and repaired, as needed, and Edgar did an outstanding job! The attached pics are from the actual installation and of the brochure that the salesman gave me. Do you see anything missing? I call Teck about the fascia, which is the cover at the base of the unit, as shown in the brochure that was given to me during the sales call. When I was given the sales pitch, I wasn't told that this would be an extra charge... A day or so after the installation, I noticed that this was missing, so I texted the sales rep Arty, crickets. I then called the company and got the "supply chains / covid" excuse. Now if I want the "beauty cover" it will cost an additional ~200 bucks. I'm thinking when you spend 10k on a generator it should come with what's shown in the brochure, right? When I saw the picture of the car I bought, it had nice rims. And when I picked it up, the nice rims came with the car. It didn't have stock black steel rims. I'm still waiting for the sales guy to get back to me. I'll make an update if anything changes.

I received a call the day before my appointment confirming my appointment and the window of the time the technician would arrive. I waited and waited and waited. No phone call! I called Teck Electric but they had already closed for the day at 3pm -- it was 4:45, 15 min after the time period they should have arrive (the last possible time). No one showed -- no phone call. I called them again at 6pm ish and left another message saying that I would like them to call me the next day letting me know what happened because I did not hear from the technician and they did not show for my appointment. I receIves NO PHONE CALL from Teck Electric! I was shocked that that was how they did business! I was quite disappointed since they came so highly recommended. They came the next day within the time window given. Two rather polite men showed up, verified what we wanted, got to work. They were not only professional and conscientious as they worked, they threw in a few added items needed (new outlets and plates) at no extra cost. We had the outside garage light short on the sharp edge of conduit and burn because it wasn't on a junction box. This was an electrical fire that luckily didn't spread and burn down the house. We then started looking at other electrical device wiring and we found many other problems.
