Currently our power is out and our generator died on saturday. Called monday morning and the lady yelled at me that they don't know when they can get to me and it's not their fault the generator isn't working. They only service them and I can't expect it to run during an outage of a few days. What is the point then, since that is when I need it most. They then told me they had 150 down generators ahead of me to look at. Why would 150 generators be dead if they were selling and services a good product?
