We called since our power line had been separated from our house due to a huge tree branch falling onto it knocking us out of power. We had Keeton and Justin out to our house that afternoon and our power restored only about an hour and a half of work later. Their amazing service has earned SAFE a customer for life!

They came out for an estimate and explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it. The price was fair and they provided the service the same day. After the service was installed, they verified everything electronically to make sure all was up and running. It was! Before they even started, I explained that safety was my biggest concern about electricity. Their explanation and verification was very reassuring. Also, they made sure that I could call them with any other questions I might have. I like that Red Tail has an amazing and informative website. Even more, I like that this company is individually owned not just a satellite of some big impersonal entity. You could tell the difference with the cordial, conscientious and professional service provided by Caius and Bryan. I will refer them to my family and friends. I plan to use them for any servicing of my Generac generator as well. And I will call upon them for any future electrician services.

By the ongoing conversation between me and my husband, after the power outage and restoration took out our emergency generator and several speciality light switches, one of the gentlemen suggested we might be in need of an electrician. I thought he was a Home Depot employee but it turns out he was an electrician apprentice owner working with a licensed, bonded, and insured electrician owner. They came to our home the following day, assessed the damage, gave us an estimate for repairs (the actual bill was, in fact, less than the estimate) and returned in 2 days to fix the problem. They arrived when scheduled, did a good job, and cleaned up the work area when done. Highly recommend Red Tail Trades!

What really stood out was how easy they were to reach directly. They responded quickly and showed up the same day, even though they fit me into an incredibly packed schedule during a very difficult time--right after a major storm had caused widespread destruction and left entire communities dealing with electrical problems. Their willingness to make time for us meant a great deal. They kept me informed throughout the work, and their communication was exceptionally professional, clear, and responsive. They were also fair and reasonable with pricing--no gouging, no surprises, just quality work and honest service. It is hard to find electricians who combine technical skill, promptness, professionalism, and friendliness so well. If you need electrical work done and want people who are reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with, Electric Power Solutions is absolutely the company to call.

I knew it wasn't going to be a quick and easy job. My primary concern was that the wiring wouldn't be visible, which would detract from my home's appearance. It was raining on the scheduled installation date, and I fully expected a call from Foster asking to reschedule. To my complete surprise, Nate and Joe showed up promptly on time, ready to tackle the task. The siding material on my house is thick, hard as a rock and pretty tough to drill through. It took a full day and a good part of the following morning. In the end, the job they did was BEAUTIFUL. Not a wire to be seen anywhere, and no mess left behind. Need electrical done? Forget the rest and hire the best. Call Foster Electric. I'm sure glad I did and will again.

NIPSCO said that I needed an electrician to reattach the wire as it was not their responsibility to do such work. Enter Chris and Kurt - what a team! They work very well together and assessed my problem and gave me two estimates. They suggested to me that I go with option one and gave me a 1 year guarantee that if that didn't hold, they'd come back and provide option 2 and give me credit for what I already paid. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and think their pricing was quite reasonable. I'm very glad to recommend them and kudos to the company for having these 2 guys working for them!

That kind of tells me they will be overpriced. They did not tell me of they charge until they were out. I paid it but it seems a little weird. I will update when I see the quote, but right now for that it will be a 1 star. Adding on to this in response to peyton email. Thank you for your response and for refunding the $69 dispatch fee. I do want to clarify that I had no issue at all with your technician. He was very professional, and my review was not intended as a criticism of him or the service he provided while at my home. My concern was with the dispatch fee. Whether it was mentioned during the scheduling call or not, my underlying point was that I have had several contractors come to my home to quote work and have not encountered a separate dispatch fee simply to provide an estimate. As I stated, I also intended to revisit my review after the process was complete. Based on the professionalism of your technician and the fact that I felt your quote was reasonable, I would have given your company a much higher rating. That is why I find the decision to simply decline the work somewhat surprising. Rather than discussing my concern and allowing the overall experience to play out, you have chosen not to even consider moving forward with the project. From a customer's perspective, declining work because someone questioned a fee and expressed an opinion about it does not come across as particularly professional. I appreciate the refund, but I wanted to make sure my position was clear. My concern was never with your technician or the quality of his interaction with me. In fact, his professionalism and your reasonable quote had left me with a much more positive impression of your company before receiving this response.
